great.. now they give Rain the shaft in the comics too. I guess this is the final nail in the coffin of his MKX hopes.

It could have been worse. He could have had a meaningful role like Reiko, given you genuine hope that he might get in, and then... you know, the same thing happens, only it's worse. At least this way it was fast and painless.

I must admit, my optimism of any of my favourite characters appearing in MKX has plummeted. Only in-game proof will make me think otherwise.

Exactly what I thought. And wasn't worse as Hsu Hao.

At the least Rain HAD to be killed, if he wasn't, Kotal would be screwed.
