Her skin color. Weird reason I know, but I'm excited to see another black chick in a fighting game. Killer Instinct did a great job with Maya's aesthetics. I'm curious to see what NRS can do.


I don't consider Jade or Tanya black. They just look like dark Asians.

I'd guess Edenia has different regions as well, some places where the people have lighter skin, and some places where they have darker skin. Not everyone in Earthrealm share the same coloured skin either, and Edenia is an entire realm of itself.

It's easier to say, just because she has dark skin. Being black doesn't mean they have to be Afro-American.
 
Tanya, to me, definitely looks like an African-American woman.

What strikes me the most about Jacqui is not her skin colour but the fact she, UNLIKE EVERY FEMALE IN MK, doesn't feel feminine at all. She is a tough tomgirl! That alone sets her apart from the high heel strippers that are most of MK females (with the exception of Sheeva, Ashrah and Cassie of course).

Erron was quiet during the talk between Sonya and Kotal to avoid revealing his true identity, lol. And he was just saving his granddaughter from the Black Dragon. He'll present her to Kotal, who asks Cassie to convince her mother to form an alliance.
 
That's interesting because that would stay true to the "yes Cassie can perform fatalities on her relatives" statement even if they don't add Johnny and Sonya. Which I hope is true because Cassie is already Sonya with a shadow kick, so there's no need for them.

These designs on Erron's guns. Do you guys think these are generic or could they be Black Dragon symbols? They remind me of Kano's tattoos.
