Lol Don't feel bad, Trash. I'm Canadian and can't speak French for the life of me. My dad, however, is fluent but he's originally from a completely different area than where he ended up moving to after meeting my mother and having me.

At this point, yeah she does seem Blah, so i wouldn't be heart broken if she was to eventually get the boot, but I want to see how the characters develop in the story before I pass any harsh judgment.

I hope you don't feel like this IRL as well... that all boring and generic people should just die.
So far there's nothing about her that catches my interest, but I would rather have Jax in the game than her, to be honest. That said, I'd prefer neither, unless Jacqui has something up her sleeves that would make her interesting.

Exactly. People are forgetting this is, essentially, the "before the glory" part of their stories. Jacqui hasn't even had a fair shake yet. She could turn out to be really cool. Then again, I'm biased because I love Muay Thai and American kickboxing.
 
I didn't like cassie at the beginning but i got used to her abd now they are developing her character. So i takeda i find him interesting and i want him to be the next mk hero. But jaquie is just there with cassie with no importance and a boring outfit

Maaaaaybe he said that BEFORE portal opened up. You know just to confuse the reader. Or he meant that they manage to lose both of the targets at the same time. It is pretty confusing scene for me. As Erron could have as well pointed guns at Jarek and Tasia.

I am still thinking Kotal Kahn is using this as opportunity to leverage for alliance. He needs Earthrealm support as it seems and for that reaosn he might be taking Cassie Cage as... holy shit. That might be it. If Earthrealm doesn't want to cooperate he might try to force that.

The artwork is phenomenal and the one thing that gets me super hyped for new issues. The story for me has picked up in the last two issues and im excited to see where it goes but only from a standpoint that Im thinking about how its all going to fit into the MKX game. If this were a stand alone comic and there wasnt a game coming out, I would probably hate the story right now. The biggest problem however is the writing. Its horrible

The portal was well and open when he said that. He knew exactly what was going on.
 
I finally read the issue... and I loved the confirmation: Jacqui Briggs....
However, I don´t understand why the lesbian comments keep showing, I don´t see a love relationship at all... they´re clearly best friends and that´s it...

I was kinda angry with Sonya in last issue, because I believed that was a golden opportunity to bring peace to Earthrealm and Outworld, and she refused it like nothing....
But now, I understand she knew everything, and maybe this Kotal isn´t so good as he looked like.... (I still believe he´s good and Erron and D´vorah did that, but maybe NOT)
And one more thing, I love all these cameos, I mean they´re a good way to show the destiny of all the warriors who aren´t so popular....

PD: Tasia DOES look really generic...

People like to jump to conclusions. Two women/girls being close friends, they MUST be jumping sheets, right? RIGHT?! XD

wait till the game comes out, I think jacqui is gonna give a lot of fighters a run for their money, I think shes going to be amazing to be honest, if they give her muy thai as her fighting style she's gonna be vicious, all they would need to do is put a nice twist to it like give her some tonfas modified with spikes and some good special moves and she can turn out to be a great kharacter.

I'm excited for Jackie because if she makes it in, it'll be the first time in MK history that I'll want to use a female character.
Everybody's opinions differ, because I honestly find Kitana, Jade & Tanya to be painfully dull and generic.
