And it wouldn't be stereotypical or racist, it would be statiscally accurate.
Lol And what statistics do you have to back this claim up, Mr. Argentina? :bs:

Actually the french pronunciation for "Jacqui" it's (phonetically speaking) exactly the same as the english for "Jackie". The difference is on the stress, in english the stressed syllable is the first, in french it is the last one.
I'm not french either though I speak the language, J sounds exactly the same in english and french, the SH sound from english belongs to the CH in french.
I'm surprised you said "ar" instead of "ah", does that mean you're british?

"ah" would be better, now that you mention it. I'm not British, but I am European, and I've been raised with the British English way to both spell and pronounce the English language. ^^
Also, Jackie Smith and Jackie Slater are Hall of Fame football players. How did you figure I believe that was her full name? I was going off of what you said with the name being unisex. Jackie Robinson is a legendary baseball player.
I just had to make an account to reply to the whole french pronunciation thing for Jacqui because I couldn't stand the butchering of french language. Jacqui is the female version of a very popular french name Jacque, and is pronounced Zhacky, while Jacque is pronounced Zhack, like the former french president Jacque Chirac.
I stated the same thing about Jax in another thread, voicing my opinion on how stereotypical Jax sounded when he spoke. Some people tried to say, "What's wrong with Jax being a stereotypical black man?" I really should not have fed the trolls but all too often do we fall into the nonsense they spew on this thread. Hopefully, though, his daughter won't have this issue.
Side note~ I'm cringing at the names they went through before choosing this one for her. I bet you "Jaqwelin" was one and pronounced jay-quail-in.
Just because a Key and Peele skit did that doesn't mean NRS would.

I wouldn't call that butchering, the phonems are too damn similar.
Like the J in "John" and the S in "pleasure". I do know from my studies of french that the french J sounds like the S in "pleasure" but still, both phonems are almost the same, and it also depends on the accent of the region.
Jarek is using his Armageddon outfit and Tasia the same from her original game.
Thank you, then I wasn't all wrong. ^^
I feel like you knew what you were talking about, just didn't know how to properly express it. There is no letter for french J in the english language, so it can be tricky.
Im not a big Jarek fan, surprisingly, but he looked better than he ever did in any game...guess a great artist can make a bad character look good anytime LMAO
As far as Tasia goes, I was extremely happy to see her make an appearance. I would definitely like to see more of her, but imma be realistic and an not get my hopes up.
