Notice that Quan Chi's hologram shows the assailant of Scorpion's wife & child was wearing Kuai Liang's uniform and not Bi-Han's?

ok im just gonna tell why i belive this is kuai-liang then you tell me why it's bi-han k?
variations: variation 1: Grandmaster: the name refrence's kuai sense he was grandmaster of the lin-kuei also in this variation sub-zero has the dragon medallion what kuai had . variation 2: unbreakable: the name lean's more toward's Bi-Han but the look has kuai's mask. variation 3: cryomancer: this variation make's sub-zero have ice-arms when only kuai-liang has had ice-arms bi-han isnever SEEN w/ them.
kuai-liang looks american and this sub zero looks american also if you compare UMK3 MK9 alt. costume ther jaw cheeks eyebrows eyes all look the same.
last time we saw sub-zero he was in the NeatherRealm w/ all the other dead warriors so what if ( example ) scorpion demands to kill
( cyber ) Kuai-Liang, Kuai-Liang win's/kills scorpion and runs away. then goes to sonya and jax who have this un-cyberized thing shown in

Ever notice how Scorpion sees the same uniform in the hologram when Kuai-Liang confronts him in the Coliseum and recognizes that it's NOT Bi-Han?
How is it that Scorpion recognizes THAT uniform not belonging to Bi-Han, yet sees the supposed Kuai-Liang hologram that you speak of and kills Bi-Han anyways, even though it's clearly not him?
Simple answer; design error on the part of NRS.
That uniform was likely used to represent Bi-Han's uniform before they modded the uniform to look like what it does now.
Seems more like a glitch than it representing Kuai-Liang, because it doesn't make sense, otherwise.
Kuai-Liang didn't take the title of "Sub-Zero" nor did he design that uniform until AFTER Bi-Han died, to honor his brother's name.
According to you, though, Kuai-Liang had a time machine and somehow went into the past.
I feel like we're running in circles with this.
Unbreakable leans towards Bi-Han.
"Shirai Ryu dog" is something that Bi-Han would say.
Grandmaster leans towards Kuai-Liang
Cyromancer could either be Bi-Han, Kuai, or a new Sub-Zero if the Cryomancer variation was named due to the lineage of Sub-Zero.
I don't see why MKX Sub-Zero can't be the story of all 3.
Cassie has the "Hollywood" variation named as a nod to her father, "Spec Ops" named as a nod to her mother and "Brawler" named after her own style.
Why can't the same be done for Sub-Zero in MKX, with this being the story of 3 different characters.
"Unbreakable" = Bi-Han
"Grandmaster" = Kuai-Liang
"Cryomancer" = NEW Sub-Zero

i think 3 alt. storys for each variation would be cool, but i already said unbreakable's NAME LEANS TOWARDS BI-HAN BUT THE LOOK LIKE HOW CRYOMANCER HAS ICE ARMS HAS KUAI'S MASK ok im srry im not mad i just typed it bigger for you to see...

I see what you mean with the mask, but it could be the same way that Cassie only wears sunglasses in the Hollywood variation.
I also think the mask may just possibly be different to show other players which variation you are using.
Unbreakable focuses more on ice armor and ice shields.
Cryomancer focuses more on making ice weapons, thus ice arms.
Grandmaster focuses more on ice clones and using them as projectiles.
Maybe we're looking into this too much.
I mean:
What if Bi-Han becomes Grandmaster this time, instead of Kuai-Liang?
What if NONE of them come back to MKX?
What if Kuai-Liang is the Unbreakable variation?

it is just to show ppl what variation your using ed boon confirmed that but why the mask kuai's hes been using for 8yrs+. why would bi-han want become grandmaster again i know you said WHAT IF but still why would he want to go back to the lin kuei everyone there are robots anyways. i've thought about both of them not coming back and its highly possible to me...

My point is we don't know if that actually IS Kuai's mask in MKX.
It's just the new MKX Sub-Zero mask.
It looks different than Kuai's MK9 mask, to me, more like Bi-Han to be honest.
Maybe he wants to destroy the robots in the Lin Kuei.
Maybe he wants to kill the Grandmaster and take the Dragon Medallion for himself.
There are a number of reasons why Bi-Han could want to become Grandmaster, other than loyalty to the clan.
Bi-Han betraying the clan he once swore loyalty to would actually be a BIG "WTF?" moment and add something new to his story, given that in MK1 he was a loyal follower.

This Sub-Zero does not looks american. This is the most asian Sub-Zero from all the time (I'm not counting from MKII ending because changing actors in a same game is not fair).

I'm suggesting that it could possibly be hinting at a different Sub-Zero characters in the story mode, much how MK9 Sub-Zero had the default costume (Kuai-Liang) and the 2nd costume (Bi-Han).
I dunno.

I still don't believe it's a Cybernetic Heart like Hsu Hao's was. Yes it looks similar and even in the reveal trailer Ed Boon Stated, "He pounds on his Cybernetic heart" but Hsu Hao's Cyber heart was unremovable, Kano's Chest implant, you can remove the Orb as seen in the video with him against D'Vorah. I still think its more of a power source than a cybernetic heart like Hsu Haos.

I feel the same way. Possibly its the cybernetic heart to his cybernetic implants but not his actual heart. In almost all of Kano's costumes throughout the series, he's had that belt with that red gem looking device.
I suppose we won't know until we more information is released. My mouth is watering for MKX bios.

If Johnny or Sonya get killed by Kano in MKX, though, I would love to see Cassie getting her revenge by tearing his heart out.
Then, one of the other villains saves him, making Cassie's revenge all for nothing.
Her family's nemesis is back and stronger than before.
On topic:
I really want to see how Sub-Zero's story will be handled in MKX.
That's what's bugging me the most.
Is it Bi-Han, Kuai-Liang or a new guy altogether, or is it all of the above?

That said, Jax still had bones in his cybernetic arms in MK9, for the purposes of the X-Ray moves, even though his arms got completely blown off by Ermac in story mode.
