lol are you kidding me, im very disapointed as much as all of you are :( i cant believe they would not keep us updated on what is really happening with this MKAK..There is something there not telling us and I think we deserve answers they filled us up with lies, deceptions, and they stole $10 from each and everyone of us that supported there product.:(
 
Everything about MKAK is dissapointing:

First - How they ditched the original idea, MK HD kollection for this.
Second - How they used MK9's momentum to sell us this. Sure, it makes sense from a business standpoint, but it still counts as taking advantage of your fans' faith in you and then taking a piss all over them.
Third - The state of MKAK's release. You already know it: a craptastic porting job, bug-ridden and completely unplayable online.
Fourth - The MKAK being the top download for PSN that month. It certainly doesn't deserve it.
Fifth - Them taking MONTHS to acknowledge that something was wrong with the collection, offering almost zero feedback and taking almost half a year to release a still bugged (albeit better) version to EU territories.
Sixth - The broken promises. Sure, Ed Boon never actually promised anything, but he certainly teased us with 3 (yes, 3) different dates and failed to live up to his word.

I believe that breaks any fan's heart. Sure, it's only 10 bucks, but if I had knew it was gonna be like this, I would've rather spent them on anything else... maybe a more deserving downloadable game.
 
Are you guys blind in here? The patch has been out for PS3 UK users since December 7th. All the patch details listed on this site covers everything! Seriously, it's not worth crying about. They haven't fixed none of the audio issues (apart from umk3 get over here) The new "gamma" has made the game worse. It's now way to dark. The only positive things they added are the screen stretch and the improved online if you care for that. You'll see when the patch comes out for xbox in the year god knows what.
 
since I really only play for online, I just want the kombat kodes and online playability to work. Random select for player 2 would be nice as well for online, but I still havent heard if that was fixed in the EU version
 
Its 21 of december, still no sign for PC Version and US MKAK, hope to get it ASAP...

online play is improved a lot in MKAK, also you can now use kombat kodes.

Maybe in the EU you can but not in the U.S...this is stupid, they totally screwed us over for this MKAK game Ed Boon: "We want Arcade perfect versions of the games" MY ASS they do! If they did they would have put there full support within these last 5 months to make this MKAK happen!

So your saying that wed still be complaining even with these minor fixes and changes? I personally will not settle for a sloppy second MKAK patch! And i dont give a F@#$ if this thread closes because of me, we as buyers supporting there product deserve to recieve exactly what was adverstised on the PSN or Xbox Live or we deserve our money back No questions asked! This MKAK was falsely advertised and poorly done! It doesnt deserve to be the top selling PSN or Xbox Live fighting game it deserves to be the least top selling online game. The only reason why it was the top selling game was because of the false advertising on the game and probably made alot of MK Fans upset when they found out what they really getting therselves into! For 5 months we waited patiently and patiently with little response and little updates, we were lied to by Ed Boon 3 times on 3 different dates when he announced the patch would release...Im just tired of all deception, lies and problems with this MKAK! We as the buyers deserve our money back! >:/

The "Sony and MS approval time" BS is no longer a valid excuse. It's been way too much time. A porn game about children would get approved faster than this.

The more I hear this "it's only ten dollars" crap, the more I'm convinced that MKAK is in reality worth only ten cents, especially with the laundry list of ******** LeingodX posted! And the next time Boon posts a release date, pressure him to name his sources! It's possible even he is being lied to.

Scorpion, it's okay, man, no need to apologise. Also glad that I'm not the only one who's getting mad about the lack of the patch and lack of any updates. I know it's just a friggin' set of old games but... I so want to have a quality release of them on my 360 and stop playing on MAME.

The only reason why im upset like most of you is because we were promissed "Arcade Perfect" on all MK Arcade Games. We bought a game not realizing what we were gonna get until we played it. Not all of us are familiar with MAME, even with this MKAK patch released it still wont make the MKAK Arcade Perfect, but i want the online lag and the Strech option on my menu screen
