Yes but from what I know they were popular there for many years, and you can buy them easly, here they were never popular and you cant get them easly.

Those people probably don't even know he exists right now. Also, the only people who piss and moan about guest characters are the hardcore fans, or in other words, us. Here. On the Forums. Look at this poll right here; 222 are open for him, 53 are against him. The odds don't look good for you, I'm sorry.
I know your jk, but look at DmC; fans everywhere hate it, and on the videos (before voting was disabled on them) they were all 50 for, 2000 against. Now look at Freddies numbers again: 9,575 Likes, 1,180 Dislikes. It's not looking good for boycotters.

Thing is though, their are way more casual fans than the hardcore MK fans. They don't really care about the things people here are mad about. They just enjoy the game and will be like "Oh sweet. I love Freddy!" or if they look cool in the trailer, then buy. Who belongs probably won't even cross their mind. I mean hell, he is the first DLC for MK I'm buying. I may buy Kenshi as well, but if the characters don't look fun to play as (Skarlet) or I don't like (Rain), than I'm not investing.
I honestly think he will be the highest selling character.

Well since we can't measure that then we can use other non Mk related sites, If you go to sights like TFW2005, Red vs Blue.com, Gamespot and That Guy With The Glasses.com and check there forums for MK, you can see that the majority of there users want to see and play as Freddy and couldn't give a damn about him being a guest or not or even give a rats arse about this "Pure" MK stuff.

When did I say that? I said I didn't like 2/3 they chose. I don't just blindly buy all MK characters because they are MK. If they don't interest me, MK or not, I'm not spending my money. Ex. Rain and Skarlet.

Wait, how on earth did you get that conclusion from that? Also If I'm going to be honest, I prefer Freddy to some of the MK characters like Kobra, Kira, Mokap, Hsu Hao, Le Mei, Sheeva, Daegon, Dairou, Darrius and Mavado.
