NinjaBoy66 never hinted at anything regarding Cyber Smoke.

Tom Brady, a tester with insider info and a competitve tourney guy, confirmed on his Twitter that Cyber Smoke would be released as a skin. He also that Smoke was going to receive a klassic skin, that Motaro and Bo 'Rai Cho weren't going to be DLC (which Ed Boon also confirmed more than once), and that Kenshi would play differently this time around, with more emphasis on him being a swordsman.

Yeap, but I was searching hidden meaning in this Rigo's tweet:

'RIP My Briggs & Stratton wood chipper. That puff of grey smoke and the engine seizing while idling can't be a good sign.'

BTW, this sounds realistic -> 1# serie - Skarlet, Kenshi, Rain, Tanya/Frost/Reiko
2# serie - Tanya/Frost/Reiko/Fujin/Shinnok (it depends of ???'s identity)
3# serie - some post MK4 chars

Only if DLC is to be continued of course.

if that is just a placeholder, then... Tanya, Tremor, Shinnok, or Fujin.

if that's the shadow of the 4th DLC, especially since the other 2 are accurate silhouettes of Kenshi and Rain, then i honestly believe it to be freddy or jason.

Tremor, Shinnok, and Fujin have been confirmed not to be the final character.

Sounds good to me. But I would say "only if character DLC" instead of "only if DLC". Don't forget costumes and skins is a cheap way to make money that appeals to a majority of the fans. And I hope you don't regard three months a "long time", because NRS stated many times that they wanted to support this game for a long time :)

So, I saw the new news on this website, and it said that there will be a MK tournament at comic-con. However, this one is different. In the description of the tournament, it states that all the "DLC characters will be playable, INCLUDING THE MYSTERY 4TH CHARACTER!"

So, anyone going to comic-con, and if so, may we know who the characer is?

It's interesting that he acknowledges that Tremor is the new Rain (by frequency of requests), and then immediately says that Tremor is not happening.

Yes, but for me DLC means mainly 'new characters', another costumes are just hors d'oeuvre, especially as cheap as palette swap ones. And not for me I suppose - what else would be able to keep game alive instead of new chars? Boon's plan propably doesn't rely on bunch of skins :]
