Ouch...that sucks, and I understand the pain of a broken instrument.

The pickup wiring in my bass is all screwed up...but I bought it used and it was already pretty crappy to begin with. I've been meaning to get a better one, so that's a silver lining I suppose.
 
I can play the trumpet, I've been playing it for over ten years now. Then I've been playing guitar for around two or three years, I'm still learning new things on it but I can play a few songs. At the moment I'm working on learning the ukulele.

Pretty creepy day so far.

I was walking to my homey's house when I see a guy walking towards me.

The guy looked almost exactly like me.
But thats not the creepy part.

He was looking around and saw there was quite a few people around.
So he walks right past me and says "got lucky".

WTF!?

Probably if I saw the notes, haha. Only one I can play from memory is the "Song of Time".


EDIT: Oh yeah I'll probably be doing a run through of MGS3 and recording it, I'll let you guys know/

Just found out today me and my gf got the house we wanted. It's in the same area (which is a good place to be) and it's a lot bigger. No more mould growing all over the walls which the land lord won't sort out! Plus my kids get to go to the same schools. :D

We have mould in every room and have been sleeping in the lounge due to our room being unliveable for the past three months.

Oh and the NSPCC were called because, get this, I shout at my kids when they're naughty. Surfice to say when they came over they found that nothing was wrong. It's been a good day lol.
 
Been working lots of OT. Starting at 10am and going till 9pm. Can't wait to fully get on afternoon shift (still waiting :/) but I manage to make time to visit you guys here =)

My friend let me borrow Wolverine and the X-Men and I let him borrow Thundercats (he has never seen it! Not sure what planet he is from ;P ) and I LOVE this show! Not as awesome as the original X-Men cartoon but still really good.

I have no idea! He knows everything else (Transformers, GI Joe, Iron Man, etc) but has never seen Thundercats! He likes it a lot so far but I was really surprised he has never seen it. I also let him borrow C.O.P.S. today (the cartoon, not the real life show) and he never saw that one, either.

Im not going to lie I have never heard of C.O.P.S. My stepdad tells me about old cartoons or I discover them myself. My favs were Thunder Cats, He-Man, and Voltron.

C.O.P.S. was an awesome cartoon! I can understand people not knowing of it, though, but astounded at people who don't know Thundercats, lol.

We've been doing it practically every single day for almost a year now. Difference this week is that I have been able to do my overtime AFTER my regular hours instead of before. I am not a morning person so doing it after is way better =)
 
If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is your profession Jade?

If I had to work those hours at my job, somebody, or more likely everybody, would die.
 
I currently work for Jaguar Land Rover and will be going to work for Mazda (it's the other side of the building) once I get on afternoon shift =)

My 2.5 hours of OT a day is on the Mazda side getting trained. Afternoon shift is so awesome....I wore my Supergirl shirt today so my soon to be supervisor made me a cape and I had to wear it the entire evening. They also have bags of candy, cookies and ice cream in the fridge. Win.
 
Just got done listening to zeppelin's "last album" Coda...

So finally i've listened to their entire discography..

Best band ever hands down...
