I like her intro. Not crazy about her X-Ray. Hopefully it'll be better when she and Kenshi are released.

She's definitely still a work-in-progress, but I like what I see. There's a lot of potential to turn this into a character worth having.

Her intro's really cool. I'm sure the X-Ray is still being tweaked. I think they've done a great job of making creative and brutal X-Rays and won't stop that trend with dear Skarlet. She needs a good first showing lol.

im in love with her intro, by far the best 4 females. the fatality is cool, i cant wait 2 see it fixed, i think shes a demon who baiths in the blood of her victims, & she totally stole kitana's bangs :P

How Skarlet succeeds:

1) Her personality is like that of Mileena- insane, evil, and deadly with sharp weapons- but with two major distinctions: she's intelligent and independent. We haven't had an evil character like that in MK yet. All the smart villains are sorcerers that like to sit on their thrones and let their dumb lackeys do the job. (Mileena, Baraka, Reptile, Sheeva, and Goro are all made out to be pretty dumb.)

2) She has a bloodthirst but she is in no way related to Nitara or any other Twilight brand of "beautiful vampires." I'm really tired of that nonsense. A woman bathing in blood just because she gets sick pleasure out of it is so much more original than her bathing in blood because she's a vampire.

3) Her specials aren't all Kunai projectiles. I'd like to see her have some blood related specials that aren't projectiles, such as a "blood drain" throw that acts similar to Shang Tsung's soul drain throw.

How Skarlet fails:

1) She's just another braindead lackey, made so Mileena can have a friend like Kitana does!

2) She's just MK's new version of a vampire character. She has fangs under her mask, so her and Mileena have so much to relate to as friends!

3) Her only specials are a blood puddle teleport and variations of Kunai throws. They have a red streak behind them. Her and Mileena spam Sais and Kunais all day together!

Yeah I love her Fatatilty too. Its nasty. Its gonna look funny when she does it on CSZ kause she finna look like them gusher commercials lol. Yeah I notice that too when I saw the video"/.

Who says she's even going to be evil? Bloodbathing doesn't necessarily mean evil, especially in Mortal Kombat.

No one said she's going to be evil. Including me. I said she'll succeed if they make her evil, but intelligent and independent.

I agree on almost all counts here, plus your avatar's awesome lol. I'm really crossing my fingers here, hoping they take the more interesting and original path with Skarlet.
