Over on the Midway Boards, three more loading screens from Mortal Kombat: Armageddon featuring Shinnok vs. Sub-Zero, Darrius vs. Hotaru and Bo Rai Cho vs. Reiko was released. Over on the Official Site the "question mark" page has been updated with Wasteland and Krypt concept images. Also, a new image was posted over on GameSpot.



Mortal Kombat: Armageddon is the last chapter in the current generation of Mortal Kombat games. Featured initially only on Microsoft Xbox and Sony PlayStation 2, the game will have the largest roster of characters and also feature a new "kart" racing mini-game dubbed Motor Kombat. In North America, the standard and premium edition PlayStation 2 versions will be in stores on October 10th, while the Xbox version will debut on October 17th. The game will also appear on the Nintendo Wii in the first quarter of 2007.

OK so back on topic. :D Does Reiko have two weapon fighting styles? Notice he has the Hammer in one loading screen, but the Devastator in the other, hmm.

Probably not as long as this took me to complete I bet Interesting point you bring up about his weapon stances, IR. Maybe they scrapped the Devastator because it doesn't really fit with the MK genre, or to make Reiko more like Kahn? Either way, I'm starting to get antsy and these pics ain't enough. Give me the game already!

I think the Devastator fits Reiko perfectly. Maybe since there are loading screens for alt costumes maybe in Reikos alt loading screen he will hold the hammer.
