The room is probably in Listen Only mode. This is a read-only chat event. So you'll just have to sit there and listen in.

Yeah, I just asked a few OPS. The room is modereated (+M) so none of us below +V will be able to talk, just sit back and listen. You'll probibly be able to talk after fight night, which is good.
