Accompanying the guide's single player walkthough and detailed maps, is a bonus CD-ROM with time-released "kodes" and a few wallpapers. These "kodes" pages point to 3 different URL's 1, 2, and 3. Nothing is there right now; however, it is yet to be seen if the content to be revealed at these locations is going to be, in some way, restricted to guide owners or not.

Yeah this guide is alright. Better than what Brady did with the MKD guide. This guide though does not list all the location of the secret icons and how to get them. I know I found a copy by accident that were not mentioned in here so it makes me wonder how much more is that after this. I am at 106% right now. I have done all ko-op stuff. Still playing.
