Midway's Earnings Call Reveals PSP Title Details

Midway Games held its Q2 2005 Earnings Call today, detailing weaker than anticipated earnings and lowered full-year forcasts. The good news for MK fans here is that during the call, Midway officially announced the subtitles of the upcoming titles from .

The previously announced Mortal Kombat: Deception port is now called Mortal Kombat: Deception Unchained; and the upcoming Midway Arcade Treasures collection for the , which will contain at least two ports of early Mortal Kombat titles, is now called Midway Arcade Treasures: Extended Play. In addition, Midway also announced that both games will feature wireless head-to-head play.

Both titles should be released in the 4th Quarter, in time for the Christmas 2005 holiday season.
