Midway Gamers Day 2005 Coverage

Midway Gamers Day 2005 being held in Las Vegas today has provided and with some new images and videos of this year's two upcoming Mortal Kombat titles.

GameSpot added while Game Informer has added of that include some hi-res images of Shang Tsung, Reptile and Kung Lao. They both also have the first trailer that shows almost every aspect of what to expect in Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks. GameSpot added for the port of that feature even more images of Shao Kahn and Goro. There are also a new of the TV commercial for the GameCube port. At press time Game Informer's pictures and media for MKD were not live yet, but they will be once they are, so be sure to check their coverage out too!

UPDATE: IGN checks in with their own preview of Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks. And GameSpot now has a preview of their own.

Goro has 4 breasts in MKD, but he's got 2 again in MKSM. He also looks as big as the Dragon King in that one pic with BRC. The Reptile pic kicks ass though. MKSM will be the first MK adventure game that I'm actually going to get and looking forward to.

Yeah that's kinda strange thing to notice, never thought of that and now I'm going to see it everytime I see Goro! But the game does looks really good and I can't wait to get my hands on it at E3 this year! I've also added some more links to the story, one with a MUCH BETTER video clip.

I can't wait for Shaolin Monks to come out. I think I might buy it on the Xbox to breath some life into it! :D Those pictures look awesome!

Yep this is really starting to look like the game that will erase people's memories of MK Mythologies and Special Forces.
