Italian gaming news site Multiplayer has a new Tag Team gameplay video from Mortal Kombat (2011). This new video features the tag-team combo of Kitana and Jade vs Mileena and Sindel.



I always thought I'd combo up Kitana and Mileena, but the pairing of Kitana and Jade seems more appealing to me now. What character combo are you most looking forward to using?

Im thinking about a kung lao and lui kang team up or a noob-smoke team up.

Love these characters! Jade is the best and that's why I love playing as Jade so much. Because I know that staff of hers has great potential of being some form of "love toy" during battle! Her X-RAY is the BEST!!! I will do this X-RAY on ALL MALE ENEMIES and then I will finish them off with any finisher. I don't think I need the "Vlading" fatalities (though I'd still prefer it).

Sindel has a Shoryuken?

Where do kitanas fan's go during the whole fight? She pulls them out randomly than they just vanish. Jade on the other hand is carrying her staff the whole time (its just not extended)

Hope NRS will release more tag-team videos because I remember that part where Kitana tags out with Jade from the tag team section of the "Kombat Kontinues" video at the end of the demo. But you know what I really liked about the video? The sound effects. They sounded so crisp, and whether the women were throwing projectiles, using their weapons on the opponent, falling to the ground, or giving/receiving punches and kicks, you could hear the grunts they made and every other sound effect in the fight so clearly. It felt more like I was actually there watching them fight rather than simply watching a gameplay video. I didn't think that I would be hyped for this game more than I was already, but knowing that the sound will be this good in the final product has me even more excited now!

My first pairing will be defensive Sub-Zero & some more attacking aggressive character like Scorpion/Ermac/Noob Any of the ninjas really... LOL :D

Kitana is the only female I'm interested in using so far. Maybe Jade and Sonya but I haven't liked Mileena too much in the demo and I hope thats not indicative of how the females play in the game.

Oh gosh I hope they aren't as difficult as Mileena!!! Jade is my favorite and I have no complaints about this video at all. My doubts about Jade have subsided especially after seeing her X-RAY.
