The Official MK4 website has updated with the details on how you can win a Mortal Kombat 4 Machine. You can enter by filling out an entry form at each of the tour stops, at Gamepro's website, or by e-mail. Also, the Picture Gallery on MK4.com has added a wireframed Scorpion pic, which is the same as the one from Time Digital.
