Little is known about the big mystery man of the summer. However, we're given a glimpse into Shinnok's existance in a couple of "tournament outcomes" in Mortal Kombat Trilogy. The endings that mention Shinnok are Noob Saibot's ending along with a new animated gif of Mileena's ending. There is one other ending, but I don't remember who's.
