Why do XBOX players need a special feature?

Theres not enough in this game already?

Its basically like theyre kids again and dont want the toy that was laying on the floor until their brother picked it up and started playing with it.

If you are purely an XBOX owner then you arent familiar w/ Kratos anyway. Sony/WB/NRS put him in to generate a few more sales for the betterment of the Mortal Kombat franchise.

We dont need a freaking special feature, Ive said this time and time again already. I wanna address fans of both systems.

Some idiot Xbox users only know how to whine, the exclusive that the PS3 is getting means NOTHING TO US. On top of that, its not WORTH HAVING. Be HAPPY that we are getting a PURE MK game like it was intended to be. Be happy that we dont have to deal with idiots who pick up the game for exclusives. Stop saying "NRS HATES MICROSOFT, THEY LOVE PS3, THIS GAME IS MADE FOR PS3, etc." Write a damned letter to Microsoft if youre unhappy with their business choices

Then theres idiot PS3 users who like to rub it in our face that theyve got an exclusive and it was "unfair" that they never got any for other games. ITS ****ING BUSINESS, if your company doesnt pay enough, then youre shit out of luck, BOTTOM LINE. Stop starting console wars for no reason, if you wanna blame people blame the damned company that makes your system for all the exclusives that you didnt get.

WB is a business, theyre out to make as much money as possible. If your console manufacturer cannot cough up enough money, then thats their problem, quit your *****ing.

Id rather nobody gets special features especially characters outside the MK universe. I like Kratos and all but Id rather have something dealing with MK and have be for both systems to make it fair.

An analogy if you will:


Let's say one book publishing company releases two copies of the same book to the market place.

They are exactly the same, except, one version is written by a famous writer and has an extra chapter/scenario. The other has no additional content by any means and is plainly a generic writer.


Now, let's say they both costs exactly the same. $20.00. Do you believe you are getting your moneys worth from buying the copy without content? Of course you wouldn't. who in their right mind would?

The same applies to this game. Except, not every 360 fan has a choice to purchase the version with more content, unlike those books where you have a choice.

Youre getting way too riled up.

It didnt make business and didnt make sense structurally for an XBOX exclusive character to be in it. No big deal, no reason to shoe-horn someone in just to match Kratos. And theres no reason to take away a feature from Sony users just so XBOX can have it.

Kratos is extra. Hrs not for eveybody. Hell, some PS3 users will not use him.

Bro, you dont know what we have to deal with everyday. I am not angry, I am just trying to address the people in my posts so they see sense. All they do is defend their consoles as if they cant be to blame, well actually its the companies that make the consoles who are to blame. Some people need to see the bigger picture, hopefully this does.

You obviously took my post all wrong because I am agreeing with you on your original post. Im just telling the people on this forum to stop asking for an exclusive and complaining for one, and I am telling PS3 users to stop being *******s and saying we dont need an exclusive. Both sides cause conflict, I am trying to tell them to STOP doing that.
 
im ready for all this speculation,*****ing and complaining to be over. Im a Xbox user and I am over the whole demo thing. The PS3 exclusive character didn't bother me at all. I am a huge Mortal Kombat fan and people should be happy that NRS did this. (even us xbox users) Like said above it was for more sales and to better the Mortal Kombat franchise! if you seriously are that selfish and want to whine about lack of xbox exclusives vs ps3 exclusives or whatever then do it on your own time. like Taj said "BE HAPPY were getting a PURE MK game!"

also none of this is directed to Taj Gill, Matt Dawley or Antwan Boldin! (making this clear because you are only ones who were above me before i commented on this!)
 
I'll go one step further than Taj. I'm a 360 owner. I don't CARE about Kratos and the PS3 exclusives. The only thing that seemed kind of wrong was the way they handled the demo. But I digress. I don't even care about that in the long run.

In fact... I hope WB and NRS gets NICE AND BLOODY COZY with Sony. Shower PS MK all the exclusives you want. I JUST WANT MORTAL KOMBAT. I don't care about the demo. I don't care about the exclusive Kratos character. I don't care about future deals with Sony. I just want the PS3 to be such a huge success because of Kratos so that IT WILL ALWAYS TRUMP ANY IDEA OF X-BOX GETTING ANY KIND OF GUEST CHARACTER OR CROSS FRANCHISE EXCLUSIVE.

You want cool little exclusives and trinkets to go with your Mortal Kombat? You don't care about the artistic integrity of Mortal Kombat? Then buy the PS3 version. Let that version be the sell out version that it is because I think it's quite clear now that NRS believes they need to strike these kinds of deals to succeed.

You want pure and honest Mortal Kombat with no sellout gimmicks, then buy a 360 and enjoy it.

Lots not start a console war now. :) We are all just the customers anyway. This all business and for how long these kind of things have been going on it seems non of us have much of a say about it. I have accepted this. It sucks but its business. Id like everybody to get the same thing but we should all accept that it wont happen at least for a while. Im sure in the future with more and more developers and writers saying that it is really bogus it might change. I have seen plenty of Devs and writers say this.

But for now its going to be what it is unfortunetly

Amen. I think exclusives was one of the worst ideas to come along within the game industry, same as reserve exclusive DLC for game.That's probably just me though.

Bro, your comparison is different because the extra chapter is directly related to the book. Kratos has nothing to do with Mortal Kombat AT ALL. Your analogy would make sense if the PS3 got something exclusive that was MK RELATED. Then hell yeah, I would be up in arms.
