Who you want to see as the final boss in MK11?

I don't want another ninja in the color spectrum, which was the whole point of my sarcastic Tweet, which you obviously failed to comprehend.

Do you even know how sarcasm really works?

Well you added LOL but that doesn't make it automatically sarcastic lol. People usually say *sarcasm* at the end on the internet so people get the point but you failed to.

Now who's twisting words? I said Chrome is owned by WB and NRS, I didn't say he was an NRS made character.

Yes, you believe that he is a NRS owned character (which is a typo in my post), which he is not because he's not an actual MK character, TO BEGIN WITH.
Some shiny metal fell on the arms of a Smoke figure in a toy factory, and 1 of the guys from PCS Collectibles picked a name out of their ass.
The character is neither owned nor recognized by NRS, as is evident in the PCS Collectibles e-mail that YOU even posted.

Yes, it does.

Here, I'll show you:
"Boy, MK could use another 500 ninjas for MK11. LOL"

Do you now see how implied sarcasm works?
The "LOL" at the end perfectly shows that the previous sentence is not to be taken seriously.
Do you need me to give you more examples?

Also, how the hell do you know what I meant by it or not?
You're not the one who posted it, I was.
The "LOL" at the end was a clear case of sarcasm, as I neither want more ninjas in MK, nor do I want a white one.
You'd know that about me if you were around the forums in 2012 when I posted that, rather than assuming things, twisting my words and saying things that I never said.

His Ninja color is already taken by Smoke.

There's still WHITE and SILVER.

This was CREATED by NRS so I guess Chrome is OWNED by WB and NRS

Hydro has a similar color to Sub-Zero. Care to explain to me why he's still not canon? I thought so.

And that image was for clearing the April Fool's Tower. April Fool's is the foremost Troll Holiday. That image was a Troll. How much clearer do I have to make it that the Khrome reference was nothing more than a Troll?

So what?
That's your argument?

NRS also made these background images........

Doesn't mean they are official MK characters.

This just in folks, a random crocodile head, pig head and random snake are all official Mortal Kombat characters, according to Bounce. LOL

^^
Another example of sarcasm, in case you missed it.

The character in the background also doesn't have a name, and the title of that background is appropriately titled "Fooled."

THIS, ladies and gentlemen, is the most concrete evidence to prove that the Khrome reference was nothing more than a Troll.

Remember that Sheng Long thing that EGM pulled off back in the day? Same thing.

Rain started off as a Troll. From the MK wiki
Rain was originally meant to appear in Mortal Kombat 3, but didn't actually appear until Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Rain was originally a red herring inserted by the game developers; a character shown in the game's attract mode who did not actually exist within the game itself. A recent interview reveals that the insert was made by Ed Boon himself to intentionally trick players. Many MK fans searched for him in vain, with the eventual realization of his status as a joke character (named after a Prince song, "Purple Rain") dawning. The joke expands further when it is revealed that Rain is a "prince" himself.

So just because the Chrome Kombat Kard is a joke that doesn't exactly mean it's not gonna happen.

Perfect grounds to make into an actual character then.

The difference is that Khrome is a fan-created character, which is the point that Tarkatan and I are trying to make.
Whether you like it or not, PCS Collectibles don't work for NRS, and the stuff that they create (which they don't have a license for) can be considered "fan made."
They didn't have a license to make a Khrome statue.
They had licenses to make Retile, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Smoke and other statues.
One day some shiny metal accidentally fell on a Smoke statue, and a guy that works for PCS Collectibles decided to call him Khrome.
Ermac, Skarlet and Rain are all characters that were either errors, glitches and / or trolling perpetrated by NRS (Midway at the time).
Never in the history of MK, as far as I know, has Midway / NRS ever gone through with a fan creation.
There could possibly be legality issues with NRS putting in a fan-created character, so they likely don't bother with it at all.

Again, the fact that it was something that wasn't created by NRS and rather "fan made," to begin with, means that the chances are very unlikely for that to happen.
I'm pretty sure that they are covering their ass and not taking their chances, especially after the legal battle that Midway had to go through before WB acquired the MK assets and re-branded the development studio as NetherRealm Studios.

From PCS Collectibles
* No one from Netherrealm or WB has ever spoken to us about making Khrome an official character in a game, and they wouldn’t need to.

That's why NRS created the Chrome Kombat Kard, they didn't need to ask PCS Collectibles if they can or not?

Oh, goodness............ :banghead:
Nevermind.

The Chrome Kombat Kard is still a NRS created joke and if they want to make him an actual character they can do so and they wouldn't need to ask PCS Collectibles if they can or not. End of.

One last time....

Khrome is a fan-created character

Fan created characters have never been made into playable game characters.
That is all.
Period.

Fan created character says you. If they couldn't add him whatsoever then they couldn't have added him in a Kombat Kard but they did so you're wrong. You can keep staying wrong!

Correct me if i'm wrong but. NRS never gave the ninja on that kombat kard a name. It might be heavily implied that it's the fan character chrome in that picture. But NRS hasn't confirmed who that is, it could just be whitey the ninja as far as anyone knows.

Yeah that character might not even be Chrome, just a liquid metal ninja. So if NRS wants they can turn that liquid metal ninja into an actual chracter since it's not Chrome the so-called fanmade ninja says Commander lol. If it is Chrome they can also still make him into an actual character, since if they couldn't add him whatsoever then they couldn't have added him in a Kombat Kard but they did.
