What was the worse injury you've ever had?

Well umm... yesterday! :(
I was dancing with my cousins, and I felt (problably I was "drunk"). My right knee was hurting like hell. I ignored it.
Today, I was taking a walk with my dog. When I started to run, I heard a "CRAAACKKK" and now my knee hurts like... HOLY BIG HELL!
And I still don't know if it's broken. :(
 
I've been lucky in terms of injuries. The worst thing I've ever done was sprain an ankle. I fell off of a DDR machine while I was trying to do a really complicated turn. My pride was hurt worse than anything.
 
does nether regions being ripped open by a baby's head count as injury? took 6 weeks to even begin to feel right.
 
I tried to climb a fence when I was younger and got a loose nail stuck in my back. It bled a lot, and I got it out myself, but I had to go to hospital obviously. It was pretty serious, but I can't remember it too much.

Apart from that I've been pretty lucky. :3
