Merry Christmas everybody! I don't care if you don't celebrate it, I'm wishing you merriment regardless of how you want to spend today.
 
Although it used to be winter solstice, which since the change to our calendar, is now around the 21st and 22nd. Christians adopted the original date, thus screwing the Pagans yet again.

Well, I've got one of him. Which did you get? I bought the Kratos in Ares Armour. I REALLY want the Dark Odyssey Kratos.

I got the one with the madusa head. He looks normal, without a shirt. But yeah, im going to Toys r us today and hopefully grabbing the lightening one, and the dark odyssey one. I also hope they have a bad guy from gears to go with my marcus phoenix. Might even buy the assassins creed figure if they have that. LOL.

LOL. Actually i just got the Dark one. They only had 3 of those, and a ton of the lightening ones. But i really didnt like the lightening ones. They had no regular ones, or ones with armor. :(

Actually it wasn't the pagans, orginally around this time of year there was a number of religious festivals in europe during its early days. Though christianity doesn't like to admit it, there are a lot of borrowed ideas in it from religions older then even it is. Paganism wasn't the soul reason for it being this time of year. Example; Roman's had a winter festival or some crap like that.

Wait... I've seen seen anything that badass in my nearest Toys R Us.... I had to go to an ornements shop before I saw a GOW figure... O_O

I got a 320gb hard drive for my PS3, Tomb Raider Underworld, Lego Batman, Siren Blood Curse and Unreal Tournament III. Should keep me occupied.
 
Damn you guys got a regular Kratos!? All they have around me are Dark Odyssey and Lightning ones...I want the regular or armored varieties.

Also with the money I got for X-mas I bought myself a little Blu-ray copy of Resident Evil: Degeneration for me to watch on my new PS3.
 
It's a good film. Way better than the tripe that hollywood crapped out. Problem is, the upscaled DVD playback that the PS3 is capable of is pretty much as good quality as Blu-Ray. Me, I got mine on DVD for free, it's good to know people :)

With my money I bought myself a little copy of Resistance 2, but I'm not touching it until Tomb Raider is over and done with.
