What are your thoughts on eating meat?

BANALITY
I think it's morally unjustifiable to kill and eat a living creature.

I still eat meat, I just don't make excuses. What I'm doing is wrong.
 
I was vegetarian for 2 years. Well, I was a cheater (Pescetarian) and ate fish. It was more for health purposes than actually caring about living creatures. Now I treat myself to some meat once in a while, but don't go overboard. It tastes good!

The only meat I eat is chicken, just because I don't really like meat in general. Don't like the whole slaughtering process, though....I love animals and feel bad eating chicken but, goddammit, it tastes so good :/
 
Love pork, beef and chicken. Really can't stand lamb or goat. When I made a turtle soup I made a stock out of the bones and slow roasted the meat. Turtle tasted like pulled pork. Pretty damn good. I love eating ducks too. Duck, with soy sauce and rice pilaf. Vegetarians are bleeding hearts. I've tried cow brain and cow balls too. Not bad once you get past the idea.

Lamb is best. Now I want a gyro or lamb kababs with cucumber sauce.... mmmmmmm

With the exception of one other carnal desire, there's nothing more satisfying than sinking your teeth into a piece of meat and ripping it from the bone aggressively. Hehe.

animals kill and eat other animals, its just nature, do i feel bad about eating meat, yeah... because it was once a living thing, BUT its soooooo good! i cant eat vegetables i hate them blah :| im definitely a carnivore, the ONLY meat i dont eat is pig.....although bacon is pretty good xD

cant imagine life without it
 
I eat meat but I've also been switching more to a fruit and salad diet. I know I'll be a vegetarian someday but right now with senior year of college and all, I kind of want to get this whole thing out of the way first and then make big decisions. Anyone who likes eating meat in particular should look at documentingreality.com. There's a part of the site that shows how animals are slaughtered in Korea.

** Actually since someone posted that pig slaughter video, I'd suggest whoever eats meat to compare that video with the Chechclear video or the Nick Berg video. Humans are not any different.

Glad someone agrees with me. I'm going to quit eating meat when I get a higher paying job. Unfortunately as it stands I can't afford to be vegetarian.
