What are your greatest fears/phobia?

I'm afraid of airplanes, being forever alone, and most importantly...

You almost got it :). Actually it's aquaphobia. Hydrophobia is used to describe the repulsion between water molecules and other non polarised molecules.

Each day learning something new on TRMK. Lol.

I don't know what are my biggest fears. Maybe being forever alone, like Alisa. Or maybe dying without accomplishing any of my plans.

Hmm ... Nice topic

I don't know exactly what mine is called, but the best way to describe it would be: I'm afraid of going to Hell :/

The thing is, its not just that, I'm simply afraid of dying and God not being pleased at me (i.e. going to Heaven/Paradise ashamed of how I wasted my life not doing humanity any good).

Its a tough one, but if someone can tell me what type of phobia (if any) that is, I'll be thankful. :)

Thanatophobia, in Greek Thanatos mean death. I am sure everyone have this fear and the judge uf course but try to not think of it.

Amaxophobia, or more specifically, driving. You want a textbook definition of a phobia, there you go! You try going about having a normal life with an irrational fear of driving, and not have it be a burden! Can't go anywhere outside of the city without a ride (and can't get anywhere on Sundays, since the buses don't run). Extremely limited to where I can work and what jobs I can get. Oh, and girls certainly don't dig it either! Just to name a few problems it causes.

Hyrdo..... errr.... aquaphboia is a little less of a problem, but it's still there. When you very nearly drown in a public pool, with plenty of people (including both parents) around when you're five..... it'll change your views of getting near bodies of water larger than a tub.

Lavender Town? But that's where you catch a Gastly and thats such a cool Pokémon!

I'm afraid of dying alone and... I'm afraid of people being able to read my mind. Seriously. That's one of the worst things that could happen. Anyone knows School Rumble?

Oddly enough, I am VERY afraid of lightning....yet most of my favourite characters revolve around lightning.....really weird, I guess.

Spiders....I don't give a shit how big they are, I hate them ALL. I will either freeze or freak out and crush it to death with any long object I can grab.

Great White Sharks....don't care about them until they open their mouths. Then, my heart starts to race and I cry like a b!tch.

I'm more afraid of thunder than lightning. I hate loud noises..

I used to hate spiders because of their venom, but then I learned that there is only one species that can kill a human and that is the black widow (0.5 - 1 inch long). It's an inky black spider with a red mark in the shape of an hourglass on it's belly. It lives in California, so I am ok in France!

Once when I was helping one of my friends and his family get ready for the grand opening of their winery we were moving big rocks from one side of a creek to the other so they would look nice around their sign. I picked one up and a black widow was crawling up it towards my arm! I said "Oh shit!" and immediately dropped the rock, and told my friends that I saw a black widow. We cautiously continued working. After we bottled some wine we went back out to move more rocks, I saw the black widow again on another rock I picked up, this time I dropped it and it ended up on it's back where we observed it flailing around for a while before we crushed it with a rock. It was pretty scary.

Spiders aren't so much of a fear for me though, I usually see a decent sized spider in my bedroom once every couple of weeks. The only reason I take them out is because I don't want them crawling in my mouth when I sleep or something. I guess one of my biggest fears is living the rest of my life alone. That would be lame.
