Im going with shao kahn, shinnok had to make a plan and wait for all the powerful people to die so he could swoop in. If its a one on one fight he eill get that ass stomped

Exactly my thoughts. I prefer Shinnok, but as this is to choose who would win in a fight, obviously it's Shao Khan. Plus, Shinnok is the only boss that doesn't have any powerful attacks, they're just the same of the basic characters.

Is this including the fact that Sub-Zero, who is not as powerful as Shao Kahn, easily stopped the combined forces of said fallen Elder God and Quan Chi??????
