Bah. I hate it when people say one character relies on another for relevancy. That is not correct.

They can just make new storylines for Kenshi. He doesn't need to be another vengeance-obsessed fool like Scorpion.

True enough. I just want to see the character's original story told well once before it's laid to rest. It doesn't have to be about vengeance, maybe it's more important to Kenshi to prevent others from falling for Shang Tsung's seductive fables, now that he is wiser, than it is to get revenge.
 
Motaro: Yes. I'd love to see him as a playable or unplayable character. I know it would be hard, but yet, a challenging work for NRS to do. He was one of the most original sub-bosses ever designed. Too bad they didn't do him for MK9, we got Kintaro, who is almost the same from Goro.

Fujin: BIG yes. I think he really should replace Raiden as the Earthrealm mentor. He is a very unique character, and EVERYBODY wants him.

Shang Tsung: As long as I love him, he was just the big bad in MK1. After that, he became a punching bag (too bad). I wish he still had that position, but they gave it to Quan Chi in MK9 and now. So, my vote for Shang now is NO.
 
FUJIN is the first (and probably the only one) to do a FLAWLESS VICTORY. Motaro and Shang Tsung leave the battle. You all can see the results on the first page. Now we're about to start the voting for:

Ha was 1 of my 3 mains in MK9, but I'd rather not have him in MKX.

Sonya: Don't care. If she's in great, if not then also great.
I do think that she'll make the cut, though, due to all the obvious heavy hints and slip-ups.
If Sonya DOES make it, though, I hope that she has more of her MKX comics look and not so slutty, and I also want to see some "aged variations" that Ed spoke of for her.

Mavado: NO!
I hope that Kano kills off all the Red Dragon members in the comics.

Sonya: No (we have Cassie thats my opinion)

Mavado: Yes (What's with the hate so far? I think they can make him into an interesting character. His design is already pretty cool, and the concept of those bungee spears he had in his fatality could make for an interesting move set if they work those into it)

I don't know about everyone else's reasons, but I've made it abundantly clear various times throughout the TRMK threads, that only 6 of the MK4 thru MK:A debut characters ever really appealed to me.

Those 6 are: Quan Chi, Fujin, Tanya, Reiko, Kenshi and Havik.

The rest of the characters that debuted in that era either felt pretty "meh" to me or I completely disliked them.
 
Rain: No, just on a "limited spots in the roster" logic. Other returning characters have priority for me and I'm looking forward to more new characters too.
Sonya: No, we have Cassie Cage. (Yeah yeah I know they are not the same and play different bla bla bla, I'm still of the opinion two female earthrealm special forces blondes with an attitude cover the same character archetype).
Mavado: No, same as Rain.
 
Rain: Yes, he's my second fav.
Sonya: No, generic as fvck, I don't care if she's a classic char, she's boring and lame with nothing good going on.
Mavado: No, just no...
