Sektor- yes

Khameleon- a slow no because nostalgia, I used to use her in Trilogy :b

Hotaru- Hell no. I don't understand his popularity to be honest. His design looks like crap and he was a boring kharacter (In my opinion)
 
Sektor -> Never liked him. no.
khameleon -> I don't consider her a canon character so no
hotaru -> Yes, but with a more inspired moveset, his appearance is awesome

He's a Lawful Stupid character (MK actually doesn't have any of those) who is basically a Japanese knight wearing full plate armor (MK doesn't have anyone like that, either). That adds up to a character with a ton of untapped potential. And to top it all off, he's got a built in rivalry with Havik, which makes both of them more interesting. Potentially.

Hsu Hao: LOLOLOLOL HELL NO
Kintaro: yes, although, like I said previously with Shao Kahn, I'd love to see new BOSS characters (hulky ones) that inspire fear to you. they did a great job with new characters but we won't be seeing a brand new Boss as it seems. they really should create someone brand new that is intimidating and brutal
Stryker: HELL.FREAKING.NO. it's already bad enough that unless proven otherwise we'll get like a billion plain human characters, he'd be the cherry on top to the abysmal additions of sonya, cage, jax, kenshi and liu kang all together.
