This is probably one of the strangest video game crossovers. In Ape Escape 3, there is a mini-game called "Mesal Gear Solid", which is essentially a shorter, simplified version of Metal Gear Solid. There is no lethal force, you can only stun enemies momentarily.

It is totally a survival horror. I would not put it in the stealth genre, but the whole game you are being stealthy...if you are not running in fear or wimpering in the corner.

Also does anyone remember the game Winback? Would a cover system be defined as being a stealth element?

vvv Lol, dude runs like a champ!

Dude, Winback is one of my favorite games of all time.

I can't believe someone else actually knows of it because most people I know have no idea what it is lol. That game is still awesome.

I just want to say thanks to everyone who left feedback in any way. I've been researching all the games you guys have named.

I know this doesnt count as a stealth game, but there was a whole dungeon in LOZ Wind Waker where all you did was sneak around untill you got your sword and shield back. It was alot of fun.

But yeah, I prefer stealth games like MGS over your typical duck and cover 3rd person shooters anyday.

I loved Winback too, you are the only person I know other than my my little brother who knows Winback. There was just something about that game that made it stand out for some some reason, it was an innovator with the cover system in my eyes and an underrated gem.
