I usually dont post in political threads cuz i think just about all politicians are idiotic lying pieces of sh!t, but IF i did vote, i would vote for bush, for mainly 2 reasons. I liked george bush senior, and the crap kerry did when he was in the military pisses me off, and although none of that has ne thing really to do with someones competence for being president, the latter does have to do with kerrys integrity. So IMO that makes Bush the lesser of two evils, so therefore i would vote for him. But i dont vote, cuz they are both sh!t and i dont perticularly care to see either one in office and its rather annoying that we cant get a good candidate and are forced to either vote for idiots or not vote at all.

First whats wrong with protesting a war that was worthless like vietnam was ? I also cant understand how you can possibly think of Kerry being more evil, compared to Bush. Look into the facts namely what I have in the first post of this thread. Theirs also tons upon tons of true facts regarding how corrupt Bush is and his administration.

You would be naive to think that this is the only administration that has been corrupt. It's only more openly publicized and criticized now than it has been in the past. Every administration is corrupt in some way. 99% of Congress gets re-elected. You practically have to be caught and convicted of a felony to get out of Congress! How fair is that? Is that democracy? I think the whole political system is flawed, and no matter who we "elect" to be the next President, there are going to be problems.

I, personally, am a Libertarian. One who values both the financial freedoms of the Republican party and the social/personal freedoms of the Democratic party. It's too bad we still have this ridiculous two-party system.

Maybe that last statement came off the wrong way. I know pretty much every administration is corrupt at least in one form or another.

It wasnt just him protesting the war, he also said some fuked up sh!t about the ppl he served with, and also as a soldier in the military, u sould NOT publically protest something like that, its one thing if its a civilian, but not someone in the military, thats going against what you swore to do to join.

I'm definitely voting for Kerry. I'm not a democrat and I don't think he's the most awesome guy on the face of the earth or anything, but after what I've seen Bush do in the past four years, I'd really hate to see what he'd do with another four.

Right, because grandfathers need medicare more than younger citizens need tax cuts, right? Did it ever occur to you that the only people benefitting from these "tax cuts" are people who shouldn't give a damn about saving money, i.e. the rich? No, I didn't think it did, dumbfuck.

Oh, and taking Hussein out against the wishes of the U.N.? What, you call that a good plan?

But hey, if you're fan of the attack on the world trade center on 9/11, go right ahead and support Bush. It's not like he's tied to Al Qaida or it's affiliates, right? Oh wait, he already has been? Nevermind.

And i can't wait for the "tax-ups" if Kerry gets in office!!! You like that word? I made it up.

Oh yeah, i love the U.N. Wait that reminds me of something. Remember when the U.N., said they would step in when there was genocide after the halocaust?! I'm sure glad they stepped in when the Cambodian genocide happened?!?!?!?! Wait they didn't. So props to bush for going agaisnt the fucked up U.N. :D

What does that have to do with him killing them off now?

Tax-ups? Didn't like the concept, and hate the idea that you made up the word even more. No to that.. because it's stupid and pointless and you ruined your whole argument there; I'm not surprised, either.

And about 5 seconds ago you made the post in another thread about the Patriots beating the Colts the year before doesn't mean anything this year, when you said this season was "a whole new year". Ok, so apparently your logic of history repeating itself doesn't carry over to football? It only carries over with the U.N. fucking up, or wherever else you can spin your bullshit to try and make me believe your double standards? Idiot.

And by the way: I'd rather have another terrorist attack hit this country than have the entire world hate us until the end of the universe... ok?

Darn i was rather proud of it. Yeah because everyone loves taxes! :P

Omg! I'm sorry i forgot football and politics were totally connected. I mean instead of an election why don't they just play a game of football for the presidency!? What i said is fact, the U.N. said they would jump in when there was a genocide, did they? And it happened twice, and is happening now. You're the idiot, how can you even connect my football theories with genocide? You're one stupid individual.

So lets put, not one, but TWO lawyers in the office!!! :P Because everyone loves those lawyers. By the way, the other world has hated us for a lot longer than bush, nice to know you pay attention in your own country.

You mentioned nothing of taxes; you made up a hyphenated word called "Tax-ups". Start making sense, now.

Who connected football with the Presidency? I connected your logic of football with the logic of the Presidency, because you seem to think that history repeats itself in only one aspect in life. Decide whether it does or doesn't, but please do not make posts, only 5 minutes apart, contradicting your argument for the umpteenth time in a day.

How is it paying attention to my own country if I'm failing to realize that other countries hate us?

Oh, and as for electing lawyers, I suppose your argument would be valid, except for the fact that our current President's former occupation was as a Male Cheerleader.

Ok, I didn't make that up, and you walked right into that one, and now I'm laughing my ass off that someone like you thought he could flame someone like me.

That's rather sad. You couldn't tell by the "word" "tax-ups" i meant we would get more taxes? Don't throw your stupidity on me. I know the other viewers knew what i meant (the ones you care about so much). So it's sad that someone like Undertaker could understand that, but someone to who claims he is somewhat intelligent; can't.

Uhhhhh.... you did fucktard. And to even try to back yourself up by saying you didn't is ridiculious. Genocide=football prodictions? You're one stupid fuck.

Like i said before: those countries have hated us BEFORE bush was in office. Do you even know what you are defending? It doesn't look like it. You're just putting up bullshit trying to win an arguement because you think you are the God of flaming; but if you aren't even going to stick with what you're argueing about, you lose.

I'd rather put a drag queen in office then two layers.

You're walking in circles. I know other countries hate us, but what i said was they've hated us for longer than bush has been in office. You failed to realize that.

why is it that so many people care about our reputation in the world. The US is the most powerful and everyone needs to realize we shouldnt need huge support around the world or to do what will make us look better to the world. if we do this we might as well open our borders, hand the terrorists some nukes and say "have fun".

Being well liked in the world is not everything, if you are the strongest and you have the means and the reasons why wait for concent or the aid of everyone in the world?

It has been uncovered that some countries, France Russia and others were suppling Iraq w/ weapons and other things, tell me what kerry's plan is so we can compare his w/ bush's. This might be a little difficult seeing as how ive heard nothing of it besides "My plan is better..." from kerry. Does he even know what his plan is?

You know one reason our country's rep has been ruined is that kerry is telling how we apparently burned down villages in Vietnam. If you want a man who lies, he didnt even finish 1 tour in vietnam, 4 months - 3 purple hearts, how does that happen? one was even because of his own fault. visit www.swiftvets.com and see how many of his own group support him and find other interesting info about his service. he needs to quit throwing mud at our name and then we may game some of the respect back

Bush will win hands down, im not gonna go through this entire thread heck i can upon this on accident. If you want to annoy me email me at kingssuck666@yahoo.com

Anyways i wont beable to vote but please if you want to say we are less safe b/c Sadam is out of power then i want to personally meet you so i can laugh in your face.

thebetterman we arent anymore safe when Sadam was in power, why ? Simply because he wasnt a threat to us. Bush just gave detail descriptions of what Sadam did to some people over in Iraq then the american people freak out. We also seem to forget that Bin Laden attacked us not Sadam. In fact we are less safe since going into Iraq, because people hate us even more. Terrorists are going into Iraq just to fight the U.S. so the Iraqi citizen dont like that one bit and im sure some are so furious that they sign up to join these terrorists organizations. I hate it how the typical american doesnt like to think. Imagine if another country came here into the U.S. and told us this is how your going to run things. The world and especially the middle east hates us because they feel our society is corrupt by a materialistic culture. You gotta look at things from both point of views before you make a statement.

Just because the world hated us before Bush was in office doesn't mean we shouldn't be improving relations with the rest of the world now. If you watched the debates last night, you would know that one of Kerry's arguments against Bush was that the rest of the world is caring less and less about America and our people. This is awful; being the most powerful country in the world doesn't give us the right to turn the other cheek when our allies need help. Granted, the rest of the world hasn't been so kind to us, but how else would you go about solving it than to re-establish former ties? We need to get the world back on our side, and when we do that, we'd be a step closer to world peace. Bush has no plans of doing this, so I have no plans of giving him my vote in any election.

You say you hate to have lawyers in office, but you forget that lawyers have made up over half of the presidents we have ever had in this nation. Becoming a lawyer can be one of the best ways of getting nation-wide recognition, and I believe the debating skills Senator John Kerry posesses are not a hindering factor to his campaign. In fact, it is the contrary, because debating skills are something we haven't had in a president for a very long time. We need a leader who can get old ties back with this nation via the use of persuasion, and I'm positive that George Bush isn't getting any votes from our Middle Eastern "friends" at this very moment.

Well, I must say that I'm very impressed with all the people in this thread. I mean, you guys must have a huge underground network of spies or numerous contacts in the Pentagon to know so much! And it seems almost all of you have been to Iraq and talked to everyone there as well, nice to be well traveled, huh? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe congress aproves the draft, and its not going to happen anyway. I'm not sure about other services, but the Marines are sure as hell running there asses off to deploy everywhere they're needed and I'm sure the Army is too. The point on contraceptives as being the same thing as abortion to me is completely false, as in the former, the child is never concieved and in the later it is and in my opinion the same as killing somone thats been born. But this is a thread for the election, so if you want to talk about the war, start another thread, I'd be more than happy to post in that and express my opinions. And again, these are just my opinion and everyone's entitled to there own, so I'm not saying that anyone's wrong, I just disagree.
