SUPER UNLOCKABLES!!!!!

I found cheats on the net and it says:Menu mystery
At the start menu, press L to reset your profile. Note the three rows of scrolling words. Press A to change the word that appears in the top row. A different word will appear each time A is pressed. The word in the middle row seems to be random each time the menu is entered. The word in the bottom row is always "Deception". At this time, no known effect has been noticed by doing this, but it may be related to the rumored "Super Unlockables" in the game.

What three rows Could someone tell me where are the three rows the only ones i have been able to find is when you highlight options and it says orderrealm or netherrealm where the video of kombat or puzzle kombat is at

Yeah, the words that appear in the clouds. It's been discussed to death here. Rest assured, it leads to nothing. They just threw that in there to screw with us and make us think there was more to the game.
 
The Super Unlockable myth is exactly what it is.. a myth. Stop searching for some lost character. There's nothing. Move on.

Hi all sorry I'm bringing an almost 1 year old topic back but look at this please:

I have seen some name scroling on de background of the menu screen.
Then I saw the Name Fujin and Striker.

It's Fujin for sure or it is a joke like sonic and tales in supe smash bros. Melee.

We've been over this a thousand times.... that secret you posted only works on the Intellivision version, and only after you've unlocked Meat, Reiko, and Grimace.

:I hate to inform all of you that I was once a member of the Mortal Kombat: Deception, Brady Games forum (Before it was ruined by spammers, flamers, etc.) and I remember when that post was originally sent out. It was posted by someone who had only just joined the forum and their post turned out to be completely false information. A lot of people on that forum took a lot of time and actually tested the whole thing out and all of them confirmed it to be false.

i dont know if this is true, but i wouldnt waist my time.

All of that stuff was talked about to death a year ago. It's simply not true. If I remember correctly, that "information" was supposedly posted on the BradyGames website and then taken down almost immediately. I couldn't tell you who put it up there to begin with or why they did it, but rest assured it doesn't work. I seem to remember that a couple people in the MK community (might've been at MK Online) had even tried it out to make sure of that fact.

And the Intellivision version of Deception was far superior to the Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube versions in every way. Get with the times, guys.
 
neoseekers Deception forum consultantly is bombarded with Fujin and Stryker SU unlocking things. None of them are true, and most of them are tweaked verisons of the same story. In the end I worked out the most likely cause was the same person posting it (or his friends).

Whoever it was may be the one who posted on Brandy games. The rumours stopped after I spent 2 weeks (I had a lot of time to kill ¬_¬') working on stopping the rumour in the forum. Now there is virtaully no rumour on Fujin and Styker being posted at all there. It seems its mainly forums like these that such rumours spread on, unless you have someone go there and keep telling people its fake it continues unfortantely. :(

Most obivous time when there is a rumour poster is you ask them for a camera photo of the SU... They may say they will post it... But they never do. :roll:

i remember "rumors" of mk nitro, seriously, back when anihilation (sp?) came out.
 
Man, thats too bad the super unlockables are all false. That would be the best ever if they actually did work however. If it is true, they should at least get a screenshot.
 
Sorry for bringin up a dead topic but there are no Su's.

I have bought 20 Mem cards for the three systems. (tons of date yippee.)

Nothing has happened no matter what I tried. (button combo/etc.)

Midway confirmed there are none which I believe since even beating Konquest in under one hour didn't unlock crap. (Dear lord was I sweating badly @_@)

BTW its Sektor.

Also no Sus on GC version either. Only by using AR. To the topic creator you are very gullible don't believe everything you hear from a site it is usually BS.
