I would say start today. Finances pay for themself.
If you are situated, then go for it. No idea where you come from but if it on your bucketlist, just do it. It seems feasible.
I live by myself, with my turtle. I dwelling is where I dwell. Plus+ I dvred last nights Wolves game. If you want something, just do it! Not expecting you to rob a bank and burn yourself within the money (see post above)!
