Because it's Bi-Han and Trolling_Roaster has stated various times how much he personally hates Bi-Han, so he will say anything to go against the contrary.
So much so, that he's even willing to break the MKX disc and send it back to NRS, if it turns out to be Bi-Han in MKX:

It just seems more likely (IMO) to happen in MKX, given all the evidence, which you continually choose to ignore.

I dunno who the MKX Subbie is, but I prefer Kuai Liang as Subbie (preferably as a cyber ninja) and Bi-Han as Noob.
However, it makes sense that MKX Subbie is Bi-Han, especially with all the hints we've gotten about him.

Either way... I don't really care, as long NRS have a good story to tell. And as long Reiko and Tanya is in the game...

I will not believe the line Quan Chi: I have your brothers soul. and deadman dialogue UNTIL i see video proof of it, Don't you think that's WAY to much information to be putting in a demo?

Regardless whether it's open to people at home, it's not too much information to put on a demo.
NRS could code all of the core game info on a demo, which is the point.

I think they would have made Quan Chi say nothing, i've seen in gameplay the character's say nothing which means it probably would have spoiled something, even when the people are talking over the game you can tell they said nothing.

In interviews Ed Boon has also talked louder in certain parts, when there could be spoiled information and the NRS guys have purposely messed up Scorpion's Fatality input, even though the rumors state that all the Fatality inputs for the demo are Down, Down + X on PS4.

There was 1 interview during E3 that featured Ferra / Torr vs Sub-Zero and Ed Boon "coincidentally" happens to talk louder over that part, after Ferra says something regarding "....Noob Saibot"???
Nah, I don't buy those coincidences, when it comes to Ed Boon.

He also dodged the question when someone asked which Sub-Zero MKX Sub-Zero was, with the vague "sea of Sub-Zeros" reply.

That story of having lots of Sub-Zero's is so dead end.

Look of what he have been plotting on this topic. Do we really think that if Sub-Zero is really Bi-han or Kuai Liang he would gave us a clue?

That could spoil many things, specially the Champion theory, if it's true as I bet.

So, the best answer is "oh, we have lots of Sub-Zeros!". Could either be true or not, because he would never answer a question like this.

If he does, better tell us the bosses and the plot.

This pretty much confirms that the Sub Zero in MK Ecks is Bi Han. Remember in MK9 only Cyber Sub Zero's soul was in the Netherrealm, not Noob Saibot's.

I'm gonna be called in denial or Trolling_Toaster (which doesn't taunt me at all) but the soulnado that Noob was kicked into was created by Quan Chi which means he could be talking about either brother's soul and i still don't believe that dialogue.

In Deadly Alliance, the Soulnado that Scorpion was thrown into was created with an "ancient stone structure". Turning it into a gateway to the heavens.

Do we know if the Graveyard Soulnado had the same properties? We know that it was used to suck souls from living creatures, but the Deadly Alliance one was already stocked with souls. I don't think that the Graveyard Soulnado is the same as the one shang Tsung had in his palace.
