My favourite character isn't even mentioned in the game, other than "She's dead, Kitana got her weapons". Jade is the only revenant not shown ever throughout the Story Mode. All the others are. :/

Yours got a cameo. And she's like she was in the old timeline. It might be a short appearance, but she's there. Shown to still be canon in the new timeline, not just being erased from the story off-screen like so many other characters.

And furthermore, she doesn't die. She made a mistake, Sub-Zero stopped her, and then we are left to speculate what happens next, but from what we see, she will most likely be disciplined by Sub-Zero and live to see another day. She's not getting offed like so many others, so there's even a chance we see her in future installments.

For now, we know she's alive, she's Lin Kuei and she's her undisciplined self from how we know her in the old timeline. I'm no Frost fan, but if I was, I'd consider that good news.

I understand the frustration with Rain/Tanya, who were very much involved with the story, being NPC, while revenant characters with barely any involvement get on the roster, but no paying for Rain = less likely to appear in a future game. It sucks, but if the option comes up (it won't) don't be so stubborn. The reason he was excluded in the first place is because NRS doesn't believe he is popular enough... yet.

And I don't even understand that AT ALL.
They could have easily made Jade a revenant. Stryker was featured as a revenant before Jade??

BBBLP, her appearance was AFTER the fight. Her appearance made sense because it gave Sub-Zero an excuse to show he wanted peace (by saving Scorpion, or something) so they could talk.

No, it was before the fight. Sub-Zero was "cooking" :laugh: and when he handled the cup to Scorpion he saw Frost as a reflection and thought that was another traitment by the Lin Kuei.

I'm not claiming Jade is more important than other characters. It's cool to see NRS hasn't forgotten Stryker and the others who died in MK9. I would just like to see Jade be amongst them.
 
when the cursor goes over goro it says press x to purchase, pretty sure it wouldn't say that if you couldn't purchase him

Wrong. I saw a pic of an unopened case of a guy who has the game on ig and he had a sticker on the case that said "includes goro". Same thing wwe 2k did when the rick was a so called "pre order bonus". Same thing gta 5 did withbthe blimp that was a so called "pre order bonus" if you get the game within the first batches that reach retsil you will have goro. If you wait a few months to get the game you will have to pay. Seriously think logic. If goro is available at literally evety gamestop, walmart, target, best buy, and toys r us store if you pre order how the hell would nrs manage to send all those codes to be printed on receipts to over 1 million stores. Telling people hes a pre order exclusive is just a sales marketing plan to get more people to preorder.

I know your pain, when she first died Shinnok brought her back in MK Gold, everyone who has resurrection powers is dead except Onaga.(thats not new) If they go that path he can bring back many fallen heroes to do his work like before. Her and kitana are turning into the female counterparts of Scorpion and Subs, we may see something, but I will enjoy this game and not worry about 11 till its announced lol.
