Damn damn damn lol*SPOILERS SO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING DON'T READ ON* from ustream:
There's a lot of tension between Johnny and Sonya, who really seems to like having a dig at him at any opportunity. Li Mei confirms (without knowing who he is) that Kano was one of the people who escaped through the portal with her into Earthrealm, so Sonya goes looking for him (so I assume that sets up her chapter, whenever it is) and sends Cassie's SF team to Outworld to speak to Kotal Kahn in order to clarify Li Mei's version of events.
Chapter 4 is KUNG JIN.
The young SF group arrive in Outworld. Kung Jin bribes Erron Black to allow them to speak to Kotal, and then intervenes to save a thief about to be executed, at which point a riot breaks out. (This is interesting, as it suggests he can empathize with a thief about to be executed). Kung Jin also refers to Ferra/Torr as 'a symbiote'
Fights:
Erron Black
Ferra/Torr
Raiden
You then see a 'five years later' cutscene of Kung Jin as a thief, in his thief alt. costume (with the hood); Raiden confirms Kung Lao as being Kung Jin's cousin, and they fight.
...and then he got banned, so that may be it for now, folks. Sorry.![]()

Five years earlier* sorry, a typo indeed. It's late here.
That's all I have until someone else can stream it. The Ferra/Torr cutscene was great, and both are animated beautifully. She has some funny dialogue and he is an absolute brute who just pulls Kung Jin's arrows out of him as soon as they hit. They don't really say anything important, just generic kind of stuff I suppose. They're obviously not characters who will be used to move the story on in any great way, but I definitely like them. They're like something out of a Borderlands game.
The last thing I saw was D'Vorrah appearing with a load of Osh-Tekk guards, explaining that the penalty for intervening in Outworld affairs is death (as is stealing bread... they're quite a harsh regime) but because Kotal honours the Reiko Accords (mentioned several times; seems like some sort of peace treaty to maintain a balance of power after Shao Kahn's death) they will be spared, and can see him to conduct diplomacy.
After that he got banned, so that's all I can say. Hope some of you found it interesting anyway, took me ages to type all that out.
EDIT: No sign of Baraka, but Rain and Tanya seemed to get quite a bit of on-screen time. I am a bit confused as to Tanya being in the story as an NPC but then apparently being DLC by request. I hope we don't see Tremor as well...
I can't remember. Nothing specific. They don't say anything that related to the plot or would be considered a leak of any sort. Just general 'taunts' I guess. I just remember laughing, but that could have been at how they said it. I think the little woman is funny. What did Ferra say that was funny?
