Thats definitely a Long Bow or a variation of the Long Bow. Without a doubt. Even has a designated place for the hand on the center base of the Bow.

Also, the Bow is yellow. Yellow has never been Nightwolf's colors. I doubt its him. He uses a Bow, but his is manifested through his spirit powers. Not physical like the one in this picture.

I'm betting its a brand new fighter. I'ma go left-field on this, and bet everyone its not Salazar.

By the way,........Bo Rai Cho? Are you kidding me??? LOL
 
IIRC the only person to ever use a bow and arrow in Mortal Kombat was Nightwolf but those were spirit arrows. This looks like the real deal. I am going to guess its a new character and may be some kind of Aztec/Warrior type character
 
Does anyone know when Comic chapter 4 will be released?

Also, If they were still doing guest characters (which I believe they said not for the main roster) then I'd only have 2 guesses. :laugh:
-Inquisitor from Dragon Age Inquisition
-Dragonborn from Elder Scrolls Skyrim

Otherwise, it has to be a new character.

How original and necessary of them. Does she speak "jive" too and is really "groovy"?

Just saw the preview... Uh, well. I think I'm regretting saying that I wish they wouldn't include Jax. That's the best they could do with a new character. Related to Jax, called "Jacqui" and knows kickboxing. Yup, that's it, what an awesome and exciting new character. Here's hoping she's just part of the comics.

Well this isn't off to the greatest start, they had to ebonize the name "Jackie".

Unless that actually is the "normal" way of spelling it, if so, forgive my ignorance.

It isn't uncommon. Many people who go by Jackie or Jacqui are name Jacquline.

I'm friends with a girl named Jaquiline and she is white.

Also, Cassie does the shadow kick in the comic. Im calling it now, no Johnny cage in the game.
 
I understand that the full name is Jacqueline, but as far as my understanding goes, the short way/nickname way of spelling it is "Jackie"

I'm just trying to figure out why NRS had to go out of their way to spell it the more uncommon way.

It actually has multiple ways apparently.
Also Jackie can also be a male name

edit : Maybe that's why Ed made a Jackie Gleeson reference awhile ago.

Well.....all I can say... and I dont mean this in a condescending way at all, is that you are doing it wrong.

On the IGN page, Hover over the cover and the arrow will appear, as seen below.
