Something shocking about the charecters

Now i know how yall are going to say there wont be new characters but
you know how before scorpion got killed he had a wife and 2 kids well here's the thing that is shocking

That's total rubbish. There is no character named Terra, Scorpion had a wife and (i believe) daughter that were both killed by Quan Chi. There is no character Usui Hasashi and there never will be. Remember Wikipedia is entirely user submitted material and I do believe that info is incorrect.
 
your probaly right but we dont know yet i mean midway could throw in some new characters so maybe that will happen.

dude there has to be a new character...BOB is going to be new, and hopefully 2 or 3 more if we are lucky. But that stuff you posted doesnt sound right.
 
Sounds a bit fan-fictiony to me. the names are cheesey and a romance isn't really likely in a mortal kombat game. liu kang and kitana aren't exactly in his and her's sweaters, and if i remember rightly johnny cage and sonya was all made up for the movie
 
wanna know something cool about wikipedia. You can add your own sections to it once u have become a member. Rain 1, you totally made that page up yourself on wikipedia. Besides, I don't think an online encyclopedia would use the word "bestest" friend. Scorpions son.........is a fake. Nice try Rain.

i wouldnt be so fast to accuse him of doing that, maybe someone else did it and told him about it.
 
hey tundra i wouldnt come up cheesey names like terra i would go for kisoto,ninata,jinato,nentadoey. im more of a mystic name maker not a cheesey name maker.
 
Aaaand a followup to my previous comment. Scorpion had one child, not known to be a boy or a girl. In his conversation with Sub-Zero in the Prison of Souls in MKM:SZ he stated that Quan Chi killed his "wife and child".
 
That's wikipedia if I am not mistaken? Anyone can update entries for wikipedia. Don't rely on that what so ever. Most of the time it is false information.
 
If you click on MK: Armageddon, it says somewhere in the article According to Ed Boon, Mortal Kombat: Armageddon will have more characters than any other Mortal Kombat game, although there was no mentioning of returning or new characters.

So most likely no new characters.
 
I noticed this yesturday morning on Wikipedia.

If you look in discussions bit, I've put an unname bit of discussion asking if this is real. Personnelly... I think its a load of rubbish. There isn't even a picture. Even if this is a real character until pictures come out, this shouldn't be here.
 
There will be new characters. its called kreate a fighter.

and i love how no one believed me that the konquest guy's name was bob, and now everyone calls him bob...
 
Terra and Sierra? right...... This is definately not real. MKA is supposed to have all previous characters maybe some new ones. That wikipedia thing looks like it was written by a child.

Back on-topic, since it is from Wikipedia, I wouldn't trust it. Answers.com, however, is a different story. They take articles from Wikipedia, but I think they do a better job of trimming away anything that's too rumor-worthy. Last time I look at MK:A on Answers.com, Terra and whoever it was that was also mentioned here weren't among the list of characters.

Than again, I could be wrong. I'd rather wait and see what the Boonmeister has to say. :)
