So, Where are they now?

I was around pre-reboot as well if I recall, but I posted a lot less, as I was a lot younger. Not so articulate as I am now. But mostly I think there was a large gap, between games I think, when I didn't post at all and that's when the reboot happened. As such I have a later join date than Chief here, as it was during that long hiatus.
 
I pop in once in a while for a few reasons:

-My 2009 has been a pile of horseshit so I've been rather busy dealing with it.
-It's summertime so I go enjoy the outdoors with my husband and my friends.
-The forum is mostly dead anyways but I try to post when I do log in to get some activity going.

It's tough to post in a forum where not much activity goes on because you end up talking to yourself, plus, there hasn't been a new MK game in a while so there hasn't been a lot of traffic through here.
 
Couldn't log on... Even with firefox. Went back to I.E. today and Bob's your uncle, I'm able to log on.

*Crosses fingers*

The forums gone nuts recently.
 
Ohh, and what about me people? Do you remember me?? I'm not dead yet! And I miss the good old days... I said I would come back. I remember, around this date 5 years ago, I posted my first message on TRMK. Wow... 5 years. I think it is time for me to come back!
 
Back for a brief period of time before he fades into the shadows again for year or two, yes.
 
I'm not being pessimistic, just realistic. :)

I do welcome you, but it's been a common occurrence for old members to show up out of the blue and announce their return only to quickly disappear again. It gets to the point where there's hardly even a point in giving a "hey, welcome back, good to see you again" because of that. No disrespect, just acknowledgment of a pattern.

And really, I expect this to be the case until we get enough of a burst in the activity of the MK world to spur it here as well.
 
SF must have used his 20 minutes of internet a year this month, he even popped on to msn msger to say hi. Well, dc you may be right.

Seriously, I am back. I won't be as active as I used to be, but I will do my best. The forum is not very alive anyways, it's an easy job to stay half-active. I will ressurect for good for the next MK... in about one year, so yeah, you may be a little right. But I am back and will stay back.
