I dont know if you are good or not, I think you're pure blah, and you dont have plenty idea of how I play, I just talk logically, Smoke beats Sindel, im just using logic.

I don't spam projectiles like most players do. I've played REPTILE 0009. He's seen my Sindel and can tell you she's not like others.
I use them as finishing hits and keeping the distance in juggles. Or if you throw a projectile, I'll counter yours.

The point I was trying to make was that if Jade gets this and a male doesn't, he disagrees.

If you read through the whole thread, you would have seen that he brought up sexism and I just commented on that.

So to get this back on-topic: How many X-rays are really projectile? Kitana, Raiden, Ermac's(kinda), Quan Chi(maybe), possibly Sheeva's if stomping the ground is projectile, Cyrax(I guess), Sektor, and Noob's (possibly)

So hypothetically speaking that would mean 8 characters would lose their X-Ray's against Jade. That means 8 immunities. Which is, correct me if I am wrong, 8 more x-ray immunities that can be combo'd out of a Enhanced Attacks than all other characters. That seems a bit unfair so why not just leave it as it is. Which is pretty balanced IMO.

It is probably quicker to use the RT or R2 and block them . And ALL characters can block (unless you are hit by ghostball.)

It's not that I don't block, but it's like an "oh shit" moment for them when they attempt to use an x-ray. Can also teach them not to always use x-rays.

For people who are worried that Jade will become the (female Kahn), she'll only be invinsible for a few seconds and plus her bar is limited anyways. Now if the bar is infinite, at least people can inflict damage to her while she is still in armor. i'd love it for her to be like that. After all, she is my number one. ;-)

Or can you just disable x-ray's? I know there are some challenges in the challenge tower that disable the X-Ray attack. I was just guessing on the x-ray's because I don't technically know what makes a projectile.

I can't really give the best advice on dodging them because I am no pro but I can share my method on spotting the or drawing the x-ray.

(I don't worry about X-ray's because some of them you can see coming a mile way just by the way people are playing. (ex. Scorpion, Jax, Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, or Sonya) or at least I can tell when they are coming. Even though I still get hit by them 75% of the time. Of course once I notice they are setting up for an x-ray I get my finger ready for the block. Then I make it look like I am going to close in by jumping forward. But when I land I block about 90% of the time.)

Again this is probably the wrong method for drawing out an x-ray but it works for me about 25% of the time. And is probably why my record is under .500.

I'm the same way. I like to fish out the X-rays. Johnny's is the funnest to fish out. I never get hit, unless I'm not paying attention and rushing too much.

Johnny's has only hit me a couple of times while the others have hit me significantly more. I don't know about the Jade buff thing because I don't want her to be harder for me than what she already is. I'm like 3-8 against Jade players.(1 win was a spammer that failed miserably)

All I can say: Jade isn't overused and annoying as ****!

Also Smoke IS really predictable, I mean maybe you aren't predictable (which I doubt, since Smoke's specials are so limited) but 99% of all Smokes do they're petty teleport punch/smoke bomb combos. Jade has so much more to use compared to Smoke AND she has combos that don't start with the same exact special move (smoke bomb) like so many of Smoke's combos do. Also I have never had a good experiance playing against Smokes EVER, they always are annoying as **** and use the same things over and over (and I know that's slightly off-topic, but I've never fought an annoying Jade soooo...).

I'll give you a hint.. Rush her down. She isn't great in close distance. Her fastest close range (atleast from what I know and use) is 1, 1, 2 and that gives her distance between you and her. People will fish for you to low block so she can get an easy juggle.

Smoke has Shake, Teleport, Smoke Cloud, Smoke Towards, Smoke Away, Air Grab, Invisibility
Jade has Boomerang, Up, Down, Flash Kick, Shadow Flash, Staff Overhead, and Staff Grab

Smoke # of specials 7(3 damaging)
Jade # of specials 7(6 damaging)

Smoke has less damaging specials so he would be kinda predictable if you face enough of them. Which you will.

It is funny I have never thought of rushing her down because I hear she is a rush down character and getting to close to her is a bad idea. But I will give it a shot against the next Jade I fight. Of course that's after facing 50 Scorpions and 30 Smokes. But I don't like spammers.

From play mk9 I can tell you that jade shawdow flash does protect u from some xrays. And I'm talking about her green flash. It protects you from projectile xrays. Sectors missle and kitanas fans, but not radiens, I learned that the hard way
