What's up everyone? I've been maining subby for a little while now, and I would like to get everyones opinion on my videos. I'm quite new to the forums, and even newer to youtube, so I'm basically the only one that watches my fights lol. I'm open to constructive criticism, and would appreciate any comments or subs!

Wasn't a challenge, but sure we can play. BeatDownMao88. Saying it's very boring playing them, can't wait to jump in to 9 ice clones.
 
yes - he is THE most boring character to fight against. I haven;t watched your vids, but I guess it's clone followed by ice ball....
 
Nah, I try to incorporate his freezing abilities into his combos.

If you're just spamming his Ice Clone / Freeze Ball, of course he's going to SEEM boring. :banghead:
The problem is that everyone wants to spam online. LOL
 
I try to rush down more than anything. If Im at a major disadvantage I'll throw a few ice balls, but I stray away from the spamming. If you haven't watched the vid, don't comment on how its "ice clone followed by ice ball"...

@Saix, yeah that's one thing I do quite a bit. Don't normally throw them and sit behind them but trick you into hitting the clone lol.
 
SZ is like Ermac, so effing boring, most people play those two the same way. Hide behind the effing force push and iceball all match. Then feel smug when they land a huge combo after immobilising someone.

I swear, at least when I face a Noob or a Smoke, sometimes people will play those two differently.
 
Man you destroyed that mileena, very nice vid. I hate fighting Subz (and mileenas usually beat the crap out of me) but you didn't spam clone/iceball etc etc .. very fluid with your actions. Makes me want to go and play SubZero for a while haha. Looks like your playing with ZERO lag also.

edit - what are you recording on, its so dark?
 
U have a nice Sub-Zero...that Mileena player was terrible but u str8 up murdered that Scarlet...I just tend to do the 2,2 string cause I think it's more safer but ur legit dude
 
@Flagg, it really all depends on the person playing them bro. Not everyone, like me for example, hides behind ice clones and ice balls. My balls are usually up in yo' face.

@teh pwnstr, Thanks for the comments. That Mileena was either new or just very bad, that's why I only used that one combo on him lol. I felt that if I went all out he would have either stopped playing or hit the dashboard faster than Princess Dianna. As for the picture and sound quality, I apologize. I've got it ghetto rigged so my HD camera records my TV screen. I have a 55" so it still looks alright, but it definitely could be better.

@buddthagreat, Thanks for the love bud. I for one used to use the 2,2 string, as well as 2,1. I've recently switched it up to b1,2 because of the intense mix ups.

Ermac Is Definitely NOT A Boring Character, Most People Do Not Use All Of His Abilities To The Max, That Is Why They Turtle Most Of The Match And Spam Specials. Ermac Can Do As Much Damage As Cyrax In A Small Span Of Time. You Can Ask Budd, How I Do Amazing Reset Combos Mid-Air With Ermac And Make Him Move Faster Than Mileena. But Theres No Room To Brag...

Plus I Need Someone To Record My Amazing Ermac Combo To Add It To The Ermac Thread.

Your Sub-Zero Is Pretty Good, Just Know Who Your Match-Ups Are. Sub-Zero Is No Fun Against Sindel Zoners.
