It was revealed on youtube.

I'm saying he will never flat out just throw an announcement out on twitter exclusively.

He ANNOUNCED game on twitter then he waited few minutes while ppl were going crazy for the trailer and posted YT video, sure.
I don't think twitter even have video option.

You can't announce game on YT.

He did for the first MKX trailer with a countdown similar to what we are having now, he was the first to announce before the gaming sites started picking it up.
