Bubble Burst Fatality (Jump) - ◄, ►, ▼, ◄, Block (R2 or RT)
Does It Sting Fatality (Jump) - ▲, ▼, ◄, ►, Back Punch (Triangle or Y)
Stage Fatality (Varies) - ►, ▼, ►, Back Kick (Circle or B)
Babality (Jump) - ◄, ▼, ►, Front Punch (Square or X)

For those who can't watch, Rain's ending basically has him destroying Shao Kahn, because he wasn't promised enough power. For that, Raiden and someone else I think were grateful and they revealed him his lost heritage as Prince of Edenia (and son of Argus, which they're keeping canon, much to my chagrin). So with this newfound knowledge, Rain is going to use it along with Shao Kahn's armies to rule all of the realms. His first target? Earthrealm.

Rain might be one of the bigger jerks we've seen in a while. :razz:

haha, that's nice, Rain is a BAMF in the end, and this, is a plot canon, maybe,to the next MK 10, what a supposed rumor was spreaded about Rain and Tanya as sub-bosses in Story Mode, causing trouble for Earthrealm allies .....

the fatalities are great :D still feeling that a water blade is a little.. off, but it's a good fatality. the first part is pretty brutal. the bubble fatality is also really good, new mk missed explosions right? :P for his babality I'd wanna see him in a water bubble and then a lightning striking it so he can fall on the ground, it'd be funnier :P as for the ending.. pretty good, surprised me to see Raiden thanked him so I thought hey here's something new.. and then you realize that his next target is earthrealm so I guess Rain is a treacherous bastard no matter what lol. overall great job on Rain, I hope he (and the rest of DLC chars) get at least a second brand new costume and if he's to get a classic for it to be UMK3 style and not MKA or whatever else he appeared in. after that, even more new costumes :D

edit: one more thing, could someone post his select screen image? and also a video of his entrance? I wanna see if it's like his first trailer, I was sure the mask wasn't moving due to twirling and he appeared to be talking

hmm it still feels unnatural to me :/ I believe after ??? they'll patch things up. idk, the voice actors were paid already, it makes no sense. but the Rain video feels like he's talking , not just having the mask move around due to twirling. we'll have to wait and see.

but LOL, roundhouse / bubble on bosses is AWESOME
 
I'm not sure how and why, but when I first played with Rain, I started with ALL the fatalities unlocked!
Also, Rain is pretty nice, thought he will be better though.
 
I still don't know how this ass-clown who started out as a joke got to be a real MK character. Now, they release him as DLC and all the Rain-lovers who sleep with their Rain plushies at night and have crotchless blow-up Rain dolls in their closets have descended on our hallowed ground. It's enough to make me puke.

I like Rain's babality, but I was hoping it would be something like baby Rain creating a water bubble and accidentally getting trapped inside of it, and then he'd just float off into the air. :laugh:

I think its hard to juggle with Rain, I was trying to combo and my best is a 40% but I used my X-Ray. I dont know if its my timing or if its something Im just missing but hes not the easiest to kombo with...
 
his fatalities and his babality were unlocked from the beginning when i played with him too... didn´t need to look for the codes...

his fatalities are funny to watch but in my opinion his 2nd is nearly the same like quan chis and the explosion in his 1st one looks terrible... no bodyparts or something just water and 3 or 4 pieces of flesh...

but i like his moves and combos... it´s pretty badass that you can perform an uppercut right after his x-ray
 
Heres a pretty good combo.....36% damage no meter

jp. away 2, 1+2, dash, 4, 3 , water bubble, 4, 3, lightning, super kick, uppercut. Got it? Good

Ya done f---ed up now Raiden! But really, Rain's ending is cool, but it does seem a little odd. Would Raiden thank Sheeva or Baraka or Reptile for turning on Kahn? No. So why did he thank Rain? That inconsistency aside, twas a cool ending even if it did re-confirm Argus as Rain's daddy.

Very let down by the bubble burst fatality. The person explodes and theres no blood? They could have added slowmo. Any fatality that could have been in MK vs DC is unacceptable.
