Agreed. Personally, I don't really see the need for two guest characters in a MORTAL KOMBAT game.

They drew inspiration from predator, so either they would look and play completely different or not exist at all.

So everything that inspired the MK characters should come to MK? That would be more guest than characters... HUN.
Are they for real???!???? AWESOMMEEEEE!!! How can you not like this. He's got the arm blades, the cannon, the crazy Tarkatan like face, the invincibility, the heat sensor, the mask, the suicide, the skulls collection, the mask, the look and totally fits MK universe. He could've been roaming the jungles where Kotal Kahn was on earth realm and followed him to kill more. This totally makes up for Baraka, Cyrax and Sektor (if you like robots) not making it.

NO, it doesn't make up for Sektor not being in this game, this is probably the reason he didn't make it in.

Predator is a better fit than Jason, but for me, both of them are out the MK Universe. I didn't have The Kombat Pack pre-ordered and I'm fine with my Goro DLC. Jason is so not for me, Predator could tempt me if they make him super awesome. I wanted Spawn in because I liked Lobo with his chains in IGAU, but since we have seen Takeda yesterday, I got that in his Lasher variation. And we can be sure that they invented Takeda long ago, so Spawn has little chance to be included since spear and chain moves are tied (pun intended) to Scorp and Takeda.

Yes, Spawn was a Favorite DLC choice for many people. I never really saw that happening
cause he seemed to be too similar to Scorpion, IMO. Other than that, i would have been satisfied
with Spawn too, but Predator was my biggest wish for DLC since MK9, so... im happy.

Look at it this way, they are included in the Kombat Pack. Not the original roster. It would probably be cheaper for those who don't want the guests if he/she just buys the two klassic kombatants.

True, but it doesn't change the fact that they are still two extremely unnecessary characters that are robbing a deserving MK character of their place on the roster. I'll be upset if Tanya isn't in the game as DLC because of Predator & Jason Voorhees.

The only MK4 characters that made it into MKX have been Quan Chi and Shinnok. MK11 will probably have a wider roster of post MK3 and new characters.
