Yup.
2016 also has Dishonored 2 coming out (seems like Q2), and I'm hyped about that too.
2016 is looking GREAT for games. :-D

Post Launch Character Details:

In case you haven’t heard, Street Fighter V is moving away from doing large bundles of post launch content, such as our prior Super or Ultra upgrades, and instead will be continuously releasing new post launch content on a regular basis. No longer will you need to wait one or two years for new Street Fighter goodness; it will always be right around the corner.

We have confirmed that we will be releasing 6 new characters post-launch in 2016, which will bring the total roster up to 22 characters by the beginning of 2017. On average, we will release one new character every two months, provided everything stays on track with our development schedule. More specifics will be shared when our post-launch plans are confirmed.
 
so by the end of:

2016 - 22 char
2017 - 28 char
2018 - 34 char
2019 - 40 char

I could see 40 being the final number.
 
That whole schedule sounds like MK. Except better since Capcom knows how to meet a deadline *smacks knee*

1) yeah looks like a boxer as position reminds a bit off Balrog. 2) Well this one is the easiest. Seriously you can see his jacket. 3) no idea 4) Legs do remind Ibuki. 5) no matter how hard I try I don't see Juri form. Maybe I am missing something? 6) no idea. But maybe due his hands and the build.
 
I think the first one is either Urien or Balrog. Those side burns are mad fierce

Did you guys see that some of the OST got out?

Insane. I really wish they'd fire whoever is doing MK's music, it doesn't even come close to this level of quality

The mk composer needs to be banned from making music for fighting games
