I do NOT take kindly to false advertising.
I don't know why you keep saying that when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about. :hmmmm:
That technically doesn't fall under the legality of "false advertisement," because it was made under the pretense of it being available at the release of the commercial. So a court would dismiss it. If it stated something like "Play the full console experience on your mobile devices," that would be false advertisement because it was knowingly incorrect.
