Must See New Gameplay footage!!!!!

Pros:

The falling Kombat looks great. I loved when Flash spun Scorpion and threw him to the ground.

The Test your might looks great.

Flash looks fun. I loved the special detail to his speed, even punches and kicks.

I loved how you can see Flash's uniform being ripped apart as he takes more beating. Great detail there.

I loved the headshot's up by the energy bars. Nice different look there.

Cons:

The fatalities are a bit mild, but that was to be expected. Whats with the eyes; they go into insane mode when they start a fatality or Brutality?

The Klose Kombat looks decent; could have done without this. Looks cool because of the detail put into the characters, but the actual fighting looks boring.

In the beginning, when Flash is beating on Scorpion, what blows up? Looks like a scorpion statue or something.

I still hate that scorpions spear just disappears. Take the extra second to rip it out of the opponents chest.

Im not a fan of the "winner" after Klose Kombat. Is that necessary?

How did Superman dodge Sub-Zero's vertical freeze move. Glitch?

He dodges it, it looks like one of those really annoying "above moves" like Sheeva's telestomp in past games that can be dodged...but not easily, that's going to be fun lol

I saw this earlier today, looks good indeed. Guys check out my new thread, posted some even better gameplay just posted today E3:-D
 
the fighting looks pretty good.I dont think i'll like klose kombat.I thought super man's pose was allways putting his fists on his hips.??Can't wait to feast my eyes on more kharacters/gameplay footage.
 
That was amazing, everything seems to run smooth and the gameplay is quicker, way better looking than MKA by first glance without a doubt!
 
The character damage looks superb, I love how Supe's cape was torn up the middle. It looked as though each half was moving independantly too. Also, I noticed a gash up the Flash's back too, so it isn't just clothing that gets torn.

On a slight down side though, I thought Superman's finisher was a little cheesey.

EDIT: It looks like the Bruce Lee shuffle only happens when the defending character in Klose Kombat knocks the opponent out of the mode. That makes a bit more sense.

Good call, you can see it better in the other gameplay thread. It just looked awkward here because Superman jumped into it.
 
Sorry Tim, no tag team. They asked Ed if there would be a tag team or endurance match mode like before and he said no.
 
Boo! It would only be fun online, so maybe a mode they add in later through DLC? Hmm? ;)

But if not this game, then MKvDC2 or whatever the next game in this series is, tag mode should be in it.
