You're jumping the gun here. They can design new outfits for NPCs, especially if they only upgrade them from older ones (and this Rain looks a lot like his MKA get-up). It's possible, but this is no confirmation.

It's a confirmation that he will be in the game, not that he will be playable. I theorize that he will be playable though, do to the new threads.

That's not his only diference. The V cloth is different, so is his mask... It is a new costume indeed. Not sure if I like it or not, it may be his weakest design from what I can see, I'd rather have a better look first.

As a non-fan of Sindel who never paid any attention to her outfits, her new outfit looks similar but not the same as her old ones.

As a non-fan of Rain who never paid any attention to his outfits, his new outfit looks similar but not the same as his old ones.

I advise against setting your hopes terribly high. He may yet end up being DLC... but he may not.

Its hard to tell. Her clothing looks purple-ish. But she DOES look like Kitana. I dont know.

Mileena looks awesome! Now i hope the next returning characters to be revealed are Tanya, Fujin, Reiko and Kenshi.
 
We don't need a thread for every single character confirmation. Merging the Mileena and Rain threads here, because the topic was more or less about them anyway.

How do you know she's zombified? In MK9, zombified characters were gray with red eyes. Why would Kitana have on purple?

She does have on a black mask and black paint around her eyes resembling Kitana's assassin variation so I don't know. Maybe Mileena is still trying to copying off of Kitana.

We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.
