Mortal Kombat Trilogy Extended [by MKTX Team]

but the letters forming the word harakiri
Yeah, Kage don't like to resize sometimes.) Thanks for your feedback, letters will be fixed later.

Is that supposed to be any character in specific
Cyrax was recolored, because he's included in roster.

Smoke really pretty fun to play as. Despite always having mained Smoke (both cyborg and human), I was never really fond of how his moveset consisted of moves stolen from other characters, so it makes me really glad to see that you're all giving him some moves of his own. I'm also happy to see he has a standing animation of his own now.

One thing I did notice is that in Jade's Desert background, instead of Cyrax, there's a black armored cyborg instead. Is that supposed to be any character in specific or just a random cyborg?

I drew attention also , I would like to believe that there may be two options such as pit 1 (MK I) without shadows and the shadows I mean there may be a secret challenge doing some kind of thing when it appears the black cyborg

In regard to the Smoke video it looks great; I love that he has some new stuff, but judging by the gameplay in the video his overall play style hasn't been altered greatly.

I agree that the Hara Kiri is too big. I also have always hated the "Announce" font, as it just didn't seem "MK" enough, even when MK3 first started using it. MK1 and MK2 had a great theme of mystic Kung Fu movie going, and then MK3 came out and was like "Ed Boon said pick a font, so we opened up WordPerfect and went with the first one that was in the list."

In my opinion, a more gothic font like Bourbon, Gin, or Abolition if you don't like serif would suit the titles perfectly. Especially Bourbon Rough.

I don't know who made the original titles/animations for MKTX, but straying away from the MK3 font into a more refined thematic one like Bourbon Rough would go a long way to the polished UI/UX that MK3/UMK3/MKT should have had in the first place. :)

Just a thought. Keep up the great work! After Halloween I will be tossing you $$ :)

@Senatorlvy I agree, MK3/Ultimate/Trilogy has a cold and insufficient oriental aesthetics but I doubt this project developers want to modify parameters that would risk may move within subjectivity. I for example would use the character select screen of MK2 with his music because I think it is the best of the series.

I must agree, MKTX looks very real, especially with these sound effects for cyborgs. About the clash of MK2 and MK3 aesthetics, I am sure that the sum of MK2 and MK3 content each done in great quality would also look great! MK was always about the mix of different styles and genres. I would like to request Fujin vs Smoke video to prove my point. As everyone knows, Fujin is a very oriental-looking character, and as with every other character MKTX version was unmatched.

And about the stage that combines the eastern and western kind of feel, an Outworld castle stage like Dead Pool should work quite well. So it can be used in this video, just a suggestion.

Lol bro, i will repeat this: combo animation on cyborg are the best in mk mugen. About fatalities only i like the third fatality. You know i hate the original mk3 game, ´fn R´N R!!!!!

Why not?) Kage already recorded video you requested.

Looks great as expected, that's what I call a real Fujin. Yet another reason why MKTX is getting all the respect, leaving most of other projects to bite the dust.

I also like how almost all MKM characters are incorporated in this game, since it makes it sort of "MKM versus mode" game people were waiting for all those years (only to be faced with disappointing fan releases of absurd quality in the past, really no comments about those)

Wild West Shades: Careful with what you say there. You might piss off Fireboy or one of his fanboys to come into this thread and talking about hatred and communism again. ¦:^]l

Chris445: I personally would also love to see a new playthrough video, although I feel it's more worth the wait after there are at least a few more characters in the roster to showcase. It hasn't been that long since the latest playthrough video anyway, has it?

I think Wild West Shades didn't mention Fireboy's works in post.) There were MANY other releases for MUGEN scene. And you shouldn't care about someone's reaction/mood. Especially if subjects are practically unpredictable imbeciles. I'll talk with Kage about playthrough, year passed from previous video.
