I can help with some of my work too, I see you guys want to keep the titans with limited moves as the original but I can offer some animation like dizzy, some reactions, PIT2 falling anim etc I've edited ALL animations that kintaro is lacking as you can see on this video:

Sure I can, I'll send you a link with all that might be useful for you guys(as soon as I get home because I'm at work now) ... If you have a list of what is needed I can try to help you more. I'm busy with the restart of my project but I know sometimes what I'm looking for/making you guys might want too.

Plus, I sure can step out of my way sometimes to help, MKTX is defnetly my favorite project on mugen. ^^

Just for the sake of curiosity LOL:

As you guys I once was gonna use the front-end idea to set the MK standards higher. Given by our friend "HeavyHardkore", I got hyped by this idea(I'm still hyped LOL). Back then, I already knew how to code in C# and also that a framework called XNA popped up a while before. So I built my front-end using it and the BEST part is that you can "hook" MUGEN's window to the front-end's. here is what I had made.


Then, the idea of using 2 different apps started bothering me too much code, too much work and still mugen used to have weird behaviors,
thus, no stability. It was right when I was studying C++ and how to use its huge libraries to create games. Also A friend of mine showed me a awesome engine called UNITY and how it was including to its list tools for 2D makers. It hyped even more ... not too many people know but I started making MKO using unity from scratch but then my life got complicated.

Wife + family + work = less time for hobbies, it was then when I realized how it was simple on my first days on mugen, I love complex systems and hidden stuff but at the end only game play remains(Not saying front end is a waste of time but not for me alone to make).

So, now I decided to start over using ONLY mugen, my game will not be as deep as MKTX since I'll not bet on hidden stuff nor complex things BUT gameplay. I'm filling the game with MANY news and different things that I personally would like to see and play.

Sorry to go off topic here but the point is that front end is a awesome idea specially for a team.

It's nice to know that you came back into mugen scene. We are also working on a big update, and I hope it will be soon available in our channel.

Quick Question: Man, something that has ALWAYS consumed me when I watch MKTX videos is ...

HOW will the characters versions work like? Are they just clothes or each version got its own tree of moves(specials, finishers, combos ect)?

Each character has its own specials, combo and finishers. And all this has differences.
 
Love that Shao Khan roundhouse. Would definitely be cool if at least he fought more like a normal guy. Maybe a younger Khan before he was so huge, haha.
 
For bosses Kage never planned to add basic moves.
Unlike MKP there only was idea to have more specials.
 
BlackCyrax, these custom sprite animations are incredible! I hope they use most, if not all of them. I've made custom game sprites in the past, but it blows my mind how you guys can pull off such perfect hand made sprites that match digitized ones...

I get you. For the shokan and motaro it makes sense that they would fight in a boss like fashion, but I always wished Shao Kahn would have been a more straightforward fighter. I guess it speaks to the brutality of the Outworld forces that he is such an overpowering brutish guy. :v

With the new sprites from Fernando Nando we will do the bosses in the two fighting styles - "Classic" with powerfull moves and with all basic moves like normal characters + normal damage. It can be changed in the options.
