From today until January 12, 2014, we will be hosting a contest.
Submit your character's info, art, or whatever and the winner of the contest will have his character picked and made into on of the original characters in the MKRPG roster!
The rules?!
There's no min or max to how far you can go with this. We prefer you submit some form of a concept art but it isn't necessary. A description of his/her appearance works.
You have 3 essential questions we need answered:
1. -Where they're from? (Earthrealm, Outworld, Seido...)
2. -What race they are?
3. -Weapon choice(s).
3. Cannot be too ridiculous, offensive, or over-powered. We want a relatable character with deep storyline and details! We reserve our right to cancel your character's entry if we feel it is either too comedic, cheesy, ridiculous, offensive, cliche, over-powered, or simple.
GOOD LUCK!!!
The official thread for the contest is on our forum but feel free to post your character here too! We'll be making at least one winner's character, and if we like more than one, we'll make more!

We are actually using slightly higher pitched versions of old MK tracks. The tracks for the realms are the same as they were for MKD's konquest but slightly sped up. You can be in reptile's lair for example and the reptile track might play though. We pretty much set up the tracks to build up to certain moments too.
