I'm focusing now on whether I should start Fitzpatrick or Rivers; hard to trust Rivers and Fitzpatrick blew up the Pats last time they met. I think Imma go w/ Fitz and hope for the best.

Dude it's not even about Marshall not checking the FF page. I sent the dude a PM here. I sent him a Visitor Message here. I tried to get his attention in the chatbox while he was online. I posted in Just Talk while he was online, right after he posted, and he even posted a few minutes later about something else, still not acknowledging I said anything. I try to think of a rational explanation for his behavior, but I got nothin'
 
This is a complete embarrassment to this effin' league! You say "everyone but Trash, LC, and titties offer me a trade for any of my players", and someone makes what we can assume to be a reasonable offer, and you don't even acknowledge the offer?! It's one thing to reject a trade offer, but to completely ignore it?! What kind of shit is that? Refusing a trade at the very least is a sign of active participation in this league (as our Commissioner expects once you sign up to play in this league), but not only is Marshall ignoring this trade offer, he's even ignoring the damn Commissioner, and I can't speak for LC, but I have issues with that! Isn't Marshall the same guy who once said "Kiss the Ring"? Something about this whole thing just doesn't add up...

Also, it's a good idea to check your lineup right before game time anyway, because sometimes players aren't announced to be out with injury until right before the game starts.

I wasn't in it last year so had no idea why it was so long, lol.

I have nothing against Marshall but it just seems like he is taking it too seriously....sure, there was an issue I was frustrated about, but I am not giving up or avoiding joining next season. Just gotta get over stuff and continue to play because it's fun.
 
Calm yourself, trollzilla. I didn't expect the league to be perfect. All told, this season has been quite a joy, and I'm not just saying that because I'm undefeated. You guys really do seem to be trying, at least as well as you know how to lol. I'm totally excited to see how it all turns out.

BTW... two hours until trade deadline peeps

Also wanted to correct my last post, I was thinking of the trade between you and I, but I meant Tarkatan and myself. I think that was Tuesday and pending until tomorrow.

Oh well, I wont forget to start him or anything, just better wake up before game time, lol.

Nope, you accepted Tarkatan Trash's trade on Wednesday. If you accepted it on Tuesday it would have gone through this morning. :)
 
I don't know about this....I keep thinking Tuesday, but, either way, it's too long, man....even if it were Wednesday, it is fcking stupid if it doesn't count the day you actually make the trade. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and some random time on Sunday morning, because I have checked at 3am while online and it still said I had to wait.

To be honest, I don't actually know when you made the trade; I just know when you posted in here saying you did... which was totally Wednesday, I looked. Regardless, I do agree with your sentiment, and I'm totally shortening it by a day next year.

Was awesome to see Stafford in the start 'em paragraph and Cutler in the sit 'em paragraph for tomorrow, lololololololol.

The problem last year was that a trade took place that should have been voted down and didn't, because not enough people were paying attention. Of course, now that I think about it, that was the commissioner making the trade; otherwise the commissioner himself could have stopped it, as I could now, so I guess that reasoning defeats itself in a manner I didn't really think of. So yeah, definitely shortening it next time.

And yeah, the reason I said I thought you guys' trade was a pretty even one was based on an overall analysis... based on just this week you assraped him with a baseball bat.
 
Oh, hahahaha, yeah, based on some comments here, I am thinking last year's commish was a dick.

I always look at the projection out of curiosity and it changes more times in a day than anyone changes their underwear in a week. I was projected to lose, then win, and now we are projected to get the exact same amount of points.

I know it's not correct or anything, just funny to see what they think the outcome will be.

I better win this week <.<

If Stafford gets like 2 points and Cutler gets 20, my insides will explode.

Generally, in my experience, Start 'em Sit 'em has been known to be worth less than the paper it was printed on (and I've already been ripped off by it at least twice this season).

Unbelievable! I can't believe my trade with Jade COMPLETELY backfired on me! And it's nobody's fault but MINE for proposing that trade in the first place! Now I'm already thinking about next year!
